Pre Season Friendlies (Season 1) - Match Day 1

Posting match videos is a massive ask. I did it in the very first season of this competition on another forum, but I had time on my hands. It's not easy and takes a long time. I'm sure Ibad will throw in a video here or there for special occasions.
 
Ibad, I don't advise posting videos in these friendlies. Leave it until we start the proper matches, it'll increase the anticipation even more!
 
Normally the main match overview result and the player ratings. You'll find out soon enough :).
 
Murphyslaw, Green Leopard, iZeeshan, withlovefromvizag and Ch14 didn't name the teams in time or were wrong some where. So there teams will posted by their assistants.
 
Also these were friendly matches so the teams will not be given exact team numbers as you mentioned and the team captains as you mentioned in other thread.
 
happy with a draw. Looks like all the action happened in the first 8 minutes. Only 2 shots on target is a bit rubbish.

My bad, I thought the one I posted in custom tactics would automatically be used.

is there a way to tell which formation was used?

Lost!!!! But what did I post wrong??? Team was named with subs and so were tactics?

Mate, with the formation I put up, one which I put up for laughs, no defence, you should've demolished me. I'm elated with that 3-3 draw :))

Please let me know what I posted incorrectly, so that I don't go wrong next time. I definitely posted the team on time (I think)
 
^ You didn't tell what posistion each player will play at - You just wrote numbers beside it, I guess Ibad didn't understand your Line-Up!
 
Geordie isn't it ironic that Banega scored the winner... hopefully when Gotze comes :D he will repay the favour

Taaj Manzoor states although disappointed with the result the lads played as well as was expected (which was not very well) but more importantly the controversial new kit looked stunning.

Yess!!! We start with a win!! Anelka and Roberto were the scorers, maybe I should look to include Roberto in my starting line-up.
 
4-2 win, excellent start by my boys and perfect start at 'The Fort'

RVP obviously best player and Baros (pleasant surprise) getting a late goal...good stuff.
Though conceding in the very first minute wasn't the best start to the managerial 'career' of the 'PP Special One' lol :imran

Been away for a few days, happy with the win and happy with how many shots we had (24) BUT a bit worrying that for all the shots we only scored 3

Still a win is a win :yk
