All to play for Sarfaraz and Co and lots to prove. In fact his and futures of some others are on the line if a series is lost again.

So can Pakistan produce that superlative performance to shock the hosts? or even draw the game?
 
Pakistan is not performing as they expect to be only bcoz of one reason --> Wrong team selection ! They don't select right guys suited for the format that's the only reason..
 
Weather seems to be clear & i wanted to vote for just result but in absence of that option , voted for SA .
 
Considering the dressing room morale, a thrashing awaits us. Sarfraz is unnecessarily being a huge pain in the butt, when he should be focusing on his own performance.
 
With half of the players insecure about their positions in the side, I expect another poor performance.
Some of our so called seniors are too timid to bounce back after so much of criticism
 
South Africa winning easily, Tests is one of those formats where it is very hard to bounce back from defeats like this especially if history is against us, we have a bad record in South Africa.

If Pakistan bats first then they will win by 200+ runs or by an innings.
If SA bat first then they will win by 50-100 runs or by an innings.

Batting first on this ground will be important as SA’s batting doesn’t have the calibre to chase a good 4th innings total.
But Pakistan needs to score 350+ runs in the first innings
 
Pak batting first is the only hope for a win. They were in a decent position in the first test but collapsed as usual.
 
Openers wont last long,Sarfraz azhar asad are damaged beyond repair, tail are too scared to bat on these pitches (don’t want to break there hands)..its all on mighty shan masood to score a 50/60 & get pak to 160 make a fist of it.

This SA team was there for the taking.
 
SA will win comfortably. Our batting will again let us down no doubt about it. Like always we will struggle to reach 200.
 
If Pakistan again get lucky with the toss then they will be in the game. SA batting is very weak so Pakistan just have to score some runs.
 
It all depends on how Pakistan bat but again I wouldn't bet against SA going 2-0 up after the second Test.
 
Pakistan will lose the 3rd test in this 2nd test, as well as the 2nd test. Prove us wrong boys :shafiq2
 
If its in bowling pitch SA will win by innings and 100 in 2.5 days. Our batting will be exposed again. Both Sarfraz and Shafiq will have pair.
 
SA wins the toss and win by an innings.

Pak wins the toss and they lose by 4 wickets.
 
A loose here only will help Pakistan in the long term. When asad sarfraz and azhar will be kicked out from this team
Want this team to loose by big margin.

It's not easy winning in SA, even if they are missing ABD, Vern, Ngidi etc., as we all have seen.

Yes! A loss here in the second test will be a “Blessing in disguise” for Pakistan!

Vern is back. ABD is retired. Ngidi won't get to play ahead of Steyn, Rabada or Vern.

South Africa is not missing anyone. They are playing their best team.

Which makes it more difficult as Vern is back, as you rightly pointed out. Also, I would love to play Ngidi ahead of Steyn who as per me was the worst pacer in the previous test.
 
One of our batsmen has to score a daddy hundred for us to have a chance otherwise it would be more or less the same story as 1st test.
 
The way Asad Shafiq, Azhar Ali & Sarfaraz Ahmed are batting winning seems nearly impossible.
 
Don't see how Pak can win even a single match. Their batting is almost nonexistent and with Philander back, it's going to be a massacre.

Odds are against Pakistan now but who knows!
 
An easy win for SA. With our infamous paper-thin batting line-up, we are not going to win anything. You need to score runs in today's cricket and we are not capable of doing that. Bowlers can't win you matches if there are not enough runs on the board.
 
This looking rather one-sided at the moment.
 
Innings defeat looming but Pakistan batsmen can turn a new leaf in the 2nd innings!

Exactly, if only we can take this game deep, who knows...

Yasir might come in to play if Pak has a defendable total

If SA's lead is 250 then the pakistan will have to make 425+ to make it a contest.
Do you actually think the batsmen that are unable to cross 200 will magically score 425+?

Pakistan, in all honesty, should just quit test cricket. It is better to quit than embarrassing yourselves

Let’s see normally day 3 is the best for batting, even if we can give a target of 100+ on a day four/five pitch, it can get tricky.

But for that to happen, Pakistani batsmen will need to bat their skin out and I don’t see that happening, until and unless they play with not taking pressure of the scoreboard.
