India will play 3 T20Is in Australia with the first game on Friday (4th Dec). Considering the tour match will coincide with the T20s, we may see Indian test starters like Kohli, Bumrah, Shami resting from t20s.

India won the T20 series 3-0 in 2016 and drawn the series 1-1 in 2018. So it will be interesting to see how it goes this time.

india 2 -1 with relative ease. india are too good in t20 if they play the right team.

india is easily top 2 in t20 and top 2 in tests.
in odi they are number 2 or 3 depending on what conditions they play in.

I predicted 2-1 India for the ODIs and was let down but I’m gonna go with my gut again and predict 2-1 India for the T20Is. Anything less than 3-0 though would be a disappointment.

I can see India winning this with Australia not playing their full strengh bowling attack and the reserve bowler being really poor.

No reason Australia why can't clean sweep India at their home. Only team that can defeat them is England imo.

How do you know that Australia not playing full strength attack? Only Cummins pulled out. Starc, Hazelwood, Zampa, Henriques, Stoinis all in the squad.

India wont be playing its full strength team though because T20s are coinciding with 3 day tour match. I expect test starters like Kohli, Shami, Bumrah etc will not play T20 series.

Even the guys you listed makes a pretty average bowling attack.
At least with Cummins they have 3 pacers, that changes the match.

But that is their main team...so not sure why would you say 'Australia is not playing their full strength attack'. Who is missing? Lol

Australia always plays their main team in all formats against Eng and India unless someone is injured.

Ironically he's the same guy who does bhangra when Babar hits a 50 against Zimbabwe B. :yk

You have very high expectations from this Indian outfit. We have an okish team tbh. We have 2-3 spots up for grabs for the last few years and yet no one has been able to claim them.

It’ll be between 2-1 to 3-0 Aussies, I am more towards 3-0.

You know who beat England in England with a weakened team right? India. The only team that can whip England in England. India can beat Australia in Australia.

You guys are Underrating how good India is in T20. We are easily a top 2 side if we play our full strength team. Same in odi.

2-1 or 3-0 Australia.Even with weakened team, Australia will beat India.India is a mediocre team in T20is.

India have lost only once in their last 6 t20 matches in Australia.

Hope they don't get whitewashed unlike other teams who get whitewashed by school teams infront of home crowds

While I don't care for T20 cricket, it would still be nice if we could win the series specially keeping in mind we lost the ODI series.

How many world T20is have India won??I m very sure they won't win this time around as well.just not good enough

Sure bro. We never win in T20. We suck butts in t20. We dint beat England in England not too long ago. That series win was actually supposed to be England but they awarded it to India because India haven't won in T20 for so long. It's a consolation win.

Australia too strong at home and India only seems to do well at home anyway

Im gonna say 3-0 Australia

Since Feb 2016,England Lost only 2 T20I Series, both were against India.

India in T20Is under Virat Kohli in last 2-3 years
won in ENG (2-1)
won in SA (2-1)
won in NZ (5-0)
drew in AUS (1-1)
Lost one series (vs AUS, 2019) in last 3 years.

On the basis of form only, I think that Australia will get an edge to go 2-1, the reason being that most of their central players are in good form (Finch, Warner, Zampa, Maxwell, Smith, etc.) compared to India's players, most of whom found decent form in the last ODI. However, we do know that India is capable of winning this series by ease if they play the right combination. I'd suggest playing Washington Sundar instead of Chahal/Kuldeep because both were given chances and could not capitalize. As for the batting, India should consider if they want to give Shreyas Iyer another opportunity or bring Pandey into the squad for more balance at number 4.

It's not going to be much of a series, just a money spinner before the tests.

Looks like Australia reserves are weaker than India's. Plus India will go in a bit stronger to save face after losing the ODI's.

Warner wont play the t20s its a big lose for them

If warner plays then id say 2-1 Australia if he doesnt play then 2-1 india

Aussies 3-0

Test Aussies 4-0.

Smith MOS, will score at least 800 runs in the test series.

India are a joke of a team.

yes yes we are a trash team in t20 and tests. we should just go home while we still can. aussies are too much of a home track bully. cant win there at all.
india's ageing team will lose 7 - 0.

:apology: please go easy on us. have mercy. our players probably have diarrhea thinking about playing aussies hey.

Even Finch might be out in the next game, commies were talking about it. Without Warner and Finch at the top, India will have a good chance. If Aus bring Cummins back in is also another thing to be seen.

:apology Aussie have mercy on us please. We fluked a win. Don't bring back Warner hack flat track bully please. Just gift one to fans please.
:Apology we are not good enough. Not your level. We fluke wins somehow because you guys just take the foot of the gas to conserve your energy for test cricket which is fair. Because that's how champions are made. They need to be coddled and told to conserve energy for the most important format..

India winning will probably make the series more competitive. It gives them some confidence now and Australia will want to bounce back.

Surely Chris Lynn, Ben Dunk and Usman Khawaja are better options than Darcy Short, Mathew Wade and Kyle Abbot? Even Ben Cutting can replace Kyle Abbot who is pure club level!

Sean Abbott.

Kyle Abbott is a world class player from a.afrixa.

He is so poor that you can’t even remember the name besides the abbot part which reminds me of Tank Abbot.

How does this p@rchi get selected for Australia? And people have issues with Dilbar Hussain getting picked for Pakistan

Believe it or not he has a phenomenal first class record in shield over he past 2 years. Averaged 19.

I think they can stil win 1 game but its going to be tough

Depends on what their squad selection is. With a bit more batting, they might be able to do the trick. Surprised that Joshua Philippe wasn't given a chance in the middle order. How does Wade merit a spot?

Am not sure even rizwan is better than wade and that says alot

Have to say, IMPRESSED with Indian T20 side. Even if it ends 2-1; India won both active Rubbers.

Who do you think will win the World T20 next year? And what would your Indian squad be for the tournament?

India is the best T20 side when they actually take it seriously. They don't for most part and are still top 2.

Odi we are top 2/3 as well.
