Ittefaq group was sold by the Govt in 2004 for mere 2.6bn Rs to pay off bank loans taken by the group.

There are 100s of such paid news outlets in Pakistan & abroad accused him with all sort of false allegations. Do you expect him to file dozens of law suites on daily basis? It doesn't matter. What matters is what happens in court on those allegations.
It is not illegal to own property through an offshore company. However, under Pakistan’s national accountability laws introduced in 1997 by NS himself, it was down to the NS to prove his assets were acquired legitimately & he did so in Pakistan's courts by winning both Avenfield & Flagship investment cases. He must have provided each and every bit of trail. Courts are not that dumb, they don't let you go even if you fail to mention your employment in your son's company as an asset in assets declaration form. After all those years of accountability, NS is served 7 years imprisonment & 5 billion Rs fine & he is serving his sentence with an appeal still pending in court & his success rate has been 100% on such appeals all those years so far.
Pakistanis are not that dumb to vote NS over & over generation to generation in all those years despite all kind of allegations been put on him. They are fully aware.

Atleast someone believes in credibility of Daily Mail & The Sun like outlets. They have a long history of losing legal battles usually chicken out by issuing an apology. From PMLN's history with them, I can quote Nasir Butt's case against them . wow, tyressa may ended up as PM .

Professionalism is not to file the case next day your client wishes, professionalism is to study all aspects, do your best preparations, leave no grounds uncovered, all it takes is one mistake by stupid lawyers to screw up won case for their client. Do you know it took 20 years for IK's lawyers to go into courts against Sharifs despite him being accusing them of each and every possible crime ever since 1996.
