I think the pitches are making him look better in LO cricket then he is.

Must say it is a poor pitch for T20 cricket. No one wants to see this many dot balls.
 
11 overs 44 runs. Whats the maximum they can get? Not more than 120 now even if they play brilliantly.
 
Why take out the bowler who got you the wicket of the opposition captain?
 
Islamabad has two very good hitters down the order. 9 overs left and still crawling at 4 RPO. What are they waiting for?

Idk I find this contest enthralling... even a score of 100 will be very competitive. Remember cricket is not just all about wam bam thank you ma'am.
 
Samit patel is the biggest scam of PSL. Who selected him and for what?

Whether I moan or not, the quality of cricket is there for everyone to see. Doing something better with my life would not make PSL any better than the joke that it is.

Not sure what you're humiliated about. Pitch is difficult for batting but it's entertaining to watch for people with attention spans higher than that of an 8 year old. It's the actual cricket that's enticing. Not the players. Even though Samit Patel was the best player in England (Best LOI team in the world)'s T20 tournament. Stop having a victim mentality man. Pakistan is top cricket nation and will remain so for the coming years regardless of what happens across the border.

Aint u watching how square the bowling is turning ?? Pretty tough pitch to bat on.. and pretty poor for t20 standards..

the likes of imran nazir,saeed anwar,abdul razzaq was treat to watch .
and now watching these pak local talents and seniors is nothing less than a torture .

That was true last season as well. Remember him getting 4 wickets for less than 10 runs when PZ was chasing a target of 57.
 
PSL should have roads for pitch maybe then we might some decent scores. Clearly Pakistani batsmen are incompetent.
 
Duminy enhancing his reputation as one of the better players of spin in world cricket.
 
PSL is such a joke - an international TTF Duminy is the best batsman on display etc etc.

I agree, but these lower-end scores have been very consistent in the PSL (especially this season).

A good mixture of both is needed.

Looks like Misbah rates Talat closer to Imran than Kallis, from his batting order.

Yaar this misbah is brainless as well as selfish. Talat shud be batting top 4 man why are these people so thick to understand simple logic. Make me wanna tear my hair out.

where it is written in ICC manuals that pitches for T2Os have to be roads where its all batsmen and bowlers are just fillers? :facepalm:

the balance between bat and ball is what makes PSL #1 league
 
The statement "the balance between bat and ball is what makes PSL the best league" reminds me of an extremely lame joke that I heard some time back. I do not remember the exact words, but I think it goes something like this:

"I have a balanced diet. I have a cheeseburger in each hand."
 
IU logic:

We are in deep trouble and have three of the best batting talent in Pakistan in Shadab, Fahim and Talat. Lets send them at 7,8, 9.

Of course not ... just from the entertainment point of view. T20s are usually considered to be a run feast and u wd only find anything for bowlers in the shortest version of the game .. however like u said there’s no thumb rule for that ..
 
Well at least Talat and co will get to face a lot more balls now at least.

He looks okay. So far he has only bowled in early 140s. So not as quick as we thought. Potential is there but dont think he is the second coming of Akhtar or even Malinga so far.

He’s a work in progress.. needs to play more domestic and earn his place in the National time however his actions looks slingy like Malinga .. the speed also needs to go up a bit as well.
 
What batting lineup IU setup. That's just crazy!!!! even in local leagues I haven't seen these kind of lineups with good batters sent in the end

Malinga was never a 155+ bowler and I rarely remember him bowling 150 or above.
 
Farhan is extremly overrated

Shahzad is 10000 times better than him though selfie is not good either.
