PSL has provided Pakistan with a good group of all-rounders

I remember a few years ago we do not had a good batting down the order but now i think we have one of the best lower batting order.

PSL is too limited to provide anyone any opportunities, it has become a home-turf for all the senior leeches. PCB makes the categories for players for the different teams to select. There isa reason why not many PAkistani power-hitters and good batsmen are seen. The internal politics, mismanagement of talent and over- emphasis on foreign players has destroyed the PSL cause. In any other world T20 league, young prodigy like Saad Ali would have automatically made any T20 team but due to these categorical retentions of seniors and vying for foreign players, most players like him won't make to the PSL.

Quaid e Azam Trophy, departmental cricket teams, KArachi-hosted tournaments and even local T20 tournaments like National T20 cup are the best placeto watch raw Pakistani talent at display.

These guys were known to people who followed domestic cricket. PSL just let the selectors know about their existence.

These were always known to be capable. Shadab is the only one who came into limelight because of PSL. Hassan ali developed his batting in international circuit rather than PSL.

PSL doesn't make players. What it does it gives domestic players a platform to showcase there skills , which can then elevate them to international cricket.

Faheem never played a PSL match so i dont know how PSL developed him.

Pakistan always had t20 talent and I personally really enjoyed Faisal bank and national t20 cups from 2007-2013. The talent pool was much bigger in those tournaments and quality was great too. In PSL half of the young talent is missing out due to overseas players and uncles.

PSL is good because players get to play with international stars and nikammay pundits only watch it (so chance of making impact is bigger) otherwise the talent pool was bigger in National t20 cups.

Yamin also has ability to hit it big. Shadab is the one who can be a proper batsman. Fahim is the sharp shooter in the mould of Razzaq. Imad is a complete no-hoper... he can whack a few but don't expect any consistency.
