PTI holding the parliament as hostage by not agreeing to hold the vote of no-confidence

Supreme court has opened up.....

Imran khan on the hand is gonna share letter
 
This is not good behaviour from politicians. Parliament must be disbanded and elections held.

I want the rule of law to be respected.
The constitution is all important...

But there are two things that don't test well with me.

1. MNA's being held at Sindh Housecand being bought off.
This is corruption 101

2. The CJ's daughter being married into the PMLN's family. Where is the impartiality?

These politicians are local councillor level, they have made a mockery of the people and constitution.

Time to disband and start again.
 
Imran khan is looking to share the letter.

I think after this the speaker will reject the vote of no confidence as a point of national security.

Then it will go to the courts who will disband parliament and call for elections.

Shabaz can wear his new suit to his trial in the mean time.

Not sure he can show the letter as it's classified with a code which could open a real can of worms.
 
With IK till last drop of blood don't let Ncm happen it's like life or death hopefully speaker won't allow it these korts should know that parliament is supreme

Wow this is big. The mafia are bringing all their corrupt judges out. Minullah already ruled that they can't intervene, let's see more gymnastics from these crooks
 
I think this is positive for PTI.

PTI spoke for 12 hours, I wonder how Zardari Sahib sat for so long as I believe he is quite ill. Meanwhile Imran araam se chilled at home, opened his roza and is here to play his final card.

My 2c, Parliament will be disbanded and elections held.

Was the full letter shared with the SC. If it is now being shared in detail with CJ then they could be discussing this matter.

The mafia own the Judiciary, Minullah is the biggest crook of all. It was he that gave the decision a few weeks ago on Parliament being Supreme.

Zardari and Bilawal have damaged the Bhutto name beyond repair.

My family are ardent PPP supporters and even they are dismayed. Every day they were thinking that Zardari would pull a manoeuvre to bring himself ontop and kick shebaz and imran at the same time.

He failed at the critical hurdle, failed both his party and is martyred wife.

CJP is the one who has asked for the SC to open. I think this after reading the letter.
 
Minullah that dirty no.2 of Iftikhar the ex crooked justice enough said hopefully Khan will surprise them public sentiment already on the High expect the unexpected

these Pakistani politicians have made mockery out their country’s fledgling democracy.

A no confidence motion is a very simple Procedure and the way it’s been handled is shambolic and will hurt the countries democracy in the long run. all parties need to take some blame but most of it goes to Imran Khan.

If military take power again IK will need to take the blame taking the country back at least a decade.

Seems like unsubstantiated rumours to me. Sc can set aside any such orders till the no confidence vote is done. Why would IK spoil his relationship with the army over some thing that will be reversed in a matter of hours
 
How about some in the air pistol fires to create ruckus in assembly never heard but it happens in Africa Korea etc

A PM cant fire an army chief? Especially if believes he is meddling in civilian maters and involved in a conspiracy to remove his govt. Civilian Supremacy is bad for Pakistan?

Not against Army. But Bajwa. Alot of army soldiers are cursing Bajwa.
 
I doubt he would even dare to remove Bajwa, how is that even possible.

Unless he is trying to self sabotage to bring Army in, it makes no sense.

Again just my 2c.

Option 1.

Bajwa directly implicated in foreign conspiracy. Rank and file army officers are against him and the new COAS will be pro Imran.

Option 2.

Imran Khan is finished forever and Nooras reign supreme in Punjab etc.

There are of course other options but i see this going only one of two ways now if the Bajwa ousting is true.
 
I'm sure the overseas Pakistanis are having a field day as well, on their couches 1000s of miles away from Pakistan. While the common man will need to face the consequences and actions of PTI and Imran Khan.

I hope this is not true. And pray that Imran Khan is not that foolish despite his differences with Bajwa.

My comment was not in relation to the firing of Bajwa. My comment was in relation to making a mockery out of democracy by IK. The military might just take over given the state of democracy.

IK had the simplest of the jobs. Give the reins to the opposition, see them implode (and they will) and he could have simply sweeper the next elections. He could have shown himself to be the bigger man (I also insist that he has the best intentions, but is incompetent. He can fix that by getting more competent people in thr government). But now, he has shown that he is corrupt too. Corrupt and hungry for power, so much so, that he is willing to bring disrepute to country’s democracy.

When these overseas come back home, they will be calling us to make sure no custom official stops them and charges them for bringing in undeclare dollar or taxable devices.

Exactly what I mentioned yesterday. This was PTIs best chance of getting back into power. And they're shelving it.

What are the consequences of these actions?

Please elaborate.

Will PDM lift the literacy rate and reduce the poverty rate in a few hours?

These actions are necessary in a functioning democracy.
 
Wow how swift are the courts in Pakistan judges reaching before time and ready for count down now say this is normal routine it's all $$$ in briefcase making them punctual

He has said he will accept the SC verdict. At max he can delay the NCM a few days with political theater which does not hurt democracy at all. However he is still PM right now. He has the right to fire a Army chief.

The Army's support in Pakistan came from urban middle class/upper middle class people, who did not like the dynastic parties, religious parties, and ethnic parties. However now they have a party that represents their interests.

If Army tries to take over they have very limited support among the people.

Imran and PTI members should have let this opposition take power.

Economy is in doldrums and this opposition would have fought among themselves.
 
Feel this will not end well for Imran.

I bet he thinks it's a courageous move.

He needs to fight corrupt foreign powers in court as opposed to doing this which will not only be ineffective but also cause him goodwill.

What a way to squander an advantage.
