If we are really giving some credit to FC performance then, no, Hamza is as good a prospect as Amir; has better FC stats, also this year. I don't discount an FC return for Amir, but if a bowler fails to perform in internationals there has to be compelling evidence from the domestic performance that something has genuinely changed in his performance.
