Question about my forearm muscle pain resulting from bowling fast

In terms of pace, I used to be a decent medium fast/fast bowler during my teenage years. However, due to other distractions (such as univ., work, and life in general) my cricket activity significantly declined.

Though whenever i get time to play the game, I noticed that when i bowl my first delivery with average pace, i experience pain in my forearm muscle as if I've pulled my forearm muscle, and the pain takes a longer time to go away. This ends up affecting my bowling rhythm and pace of my remaining overs. In short, I end up having a bad day lol. I've tried warming up myself by swinging my arms prior to bowling the over, but it didn't make a difference.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, any suggestions to alleviate this pain. I appreciate your time for sharing your thoughts.

prolly a chink in the bowling action.

you get that jhatka to increase your pace which results in forearm pain

Hmm maybe u have a point. To be honest I've got like three different bowling actions (i know its weird but i just loved experimenting back then) and iexperienced teh same issue with each of them.
