I'm pretty sure that "Choking loser" knows more about fast bowling than the forum experts here who are coping real hard ever since Bumrah started winning series and tournaments for India.

For sure he may know more. But then many so called expaaart bowlers have been absolutely awful at coaching or even predictions. So I wouldnt entirely base it on their alleged knowledge.

But yeah point is that we as Pakistani fans need to understand and respect a legend when you see one.

Our neighbours India have the goat bowler in bumrah and he is better than Steyn.

That’s my list. Lillee has phenomenal WPM so I am not really bothered with his Asia record which is such a low sample and it didn’t matter much back.

That’s fair. He is a GOAT in T20I, won two T20I WCs with significant contributions. Qualitatively, up there with best in Tests and has done well in both ODI World Cups too.

Now, I think he should forget T20s for 1.5 years and focus on ODIs till 2027 WC and play tests. The workload for test is light so play ODIs and Tests for next 1.5 years till 2027 WC.

Even on serious note, you can't simply play Bumrah's 4 overs for 15-20 runs in high scoring games. Yes, the hardest bowler to hit but you got to still try to hit. Some time it will come off and you will have easier time winning those games.

80% of the deliveries were slower balls. Guptill said it is harder to pick his slower balls compared to others is because of his wrist position that allows the ball to dip.

Let’s say you are bumrah

What would you do?

All the glitz money and glamour is in t20

Odi pays next to nothing

Tests gets you add money I guess but still not close to t20 overall

However a good test player allows you to be selected for things like IpL etc too.

I don’t blame the players tbh. I was very afraid of this situation and unfortunately it is happening

In powerplay, he went for 9 runs in 2 overs. NZ was not 5 wickets down at that time.

You can't chase 255+ scoring that way. It's not that batsmen are not trying but I was making a point that it becomes very hard to make up against others. If chase is 170-180 then it's ok to take 15-20 runs in 4 overs against Bumrah but not when chasing 250 runs.

Did you get your answer today ? With 224 to get in the remaining 17 overs when Bumrah came into bowl there was no other option for NZ batsmen but to attack Bumrah and all that ended up happening was that they couldn't hit him for a single 4 ( let alone a 6 lol ) in his 4 overs.

The only way that makes sense is if you are accusing of match fixing.​
