Australia still hasn’t beaten full strength India in the test series that finished and also in 2023 final
India was at full strength in BGT and full strength in final, these pandya metrics are an excuse

In a few decades there will be no rivalry left because we will become one again as the reunification is only decades away now. The love that exists between people of both nations cannot be suppressed by any hate propaganda.

Always remember.
Love wins eventually.

Lol not gonna happen

BGT yes.

Final no. There is no full strength version of India where Pandya does not play.

Pandya showed his worth in both the T20WC and CT where India defeated Aus in both (And Aus in T20 were full strength).

No they werent
Stop lying and perpetuating nonsense

Regardless we won 4 test series in a row

Shami was injured dint play
For bgt series

Jurel who did well vs England dint play cause old farts keep hogging the spots.

And in WC 2023 final too

Pandya and pant who loves bashing Australia dint play

So no they never ever beat a full strength Indian side. Period

Period

Pandya metrics or not he has a winning record vs them. He adds balance the the team. Also jaiswal dint play in odi either and he damn sure is better than any washed up players we played

In bgt series our batting was crap mainly due to kohli and Sharma. Two every very replaceable players and missing shami.

Nope bgt also Rana was unfairly dropped after one bad game in pink ball

He is way better in red ball and on those pitches he would wreak havoc

He bowls a heavy ball

Also missing fit shami

And jurel who is good vs bounce and spin.

BGT it was still the "First XI" if not the "Best XI"

WC final it wasn't. An uninjured Pandya walks in any variation of the India team.

Pakistan needs to accept the reality that they never built structures and systems in place. When world moves to professionalism, the "raw talent" fundaes get thrown in the bin.
T20 will bring in new countries into cricket. If things remain the same, Cricket in Pakistan may very well follow the hockey and Squash route. Pakistan cricket selection is rife with nepotism, Idk why this is not talked about enough in this forum.

Yeah. USA I see becoming strong because of three factors

1. Increasing desi/caribbean diaspora. Also desis can achieve sporting dreams there which they cannot in football, basketball etc. You see this in the commonweatlh countries with desis in cricket but not in football (Soccer), AFL, rugby.
2. Indian origin billionaires investing big time. They are building stadiums etc there.
3. Pakistani/SA players shifting there for better opportunities/money etc.

Remember, Pakistan were better in squash and hockey than they were in cricket. In cricket despite the hype, there has never been a period of time when they were the best red ball or white ball team. Not so for hockey and squash.

Nha there has been 6 players of Indian ancestry play afl. Daniel Kerr and Jordan McMahon actually were really good too.

Even in football there are some in nedtherlands and a few in epl or second division of England.

But yea not as much interest. It’s not encourage by parents

Pakistan players will move to Canada and Middle East nations too. And I think some will end up playing for Afghanistan

Zaheer Abbas speaking during an event:

“I feel very happy when Asian countries do well. We must play together. India and Pakistan have to play against each other."

“Why neutral countries, talk positive, we should play each other in each other’s country. World Cup, Indians came in large number to Pakistan. It is possible again. Matches should happen again, each nation visit each other. I don’t understand why it is not happening. Both countries are neighbours, both love cricket. In my opinion, they should be playing.”
Is this not the same Zaheer Abbas who would chide the Indian team that maybe he ought to bat left handed to make it more competitive?

I ve seen a lot of Pakistani players exhibit absolutely no self awareness or magnanimity in victory but now when they are tasting defeat, repeatedly, their tone is no humble but instead they talk of nonsense of shared glory or Asian teams.

No Zaheer, India’s glory is not Asian glory it is the team’s alone.

I just checked. They were anglo-Indians who are super liberal anyway and already mixed.

I was talking about full blooded desis who make the majority and these guys are mainstays in their cricket teams.

Yea but still Indian origin

There is just no interest mostly

In afl

There were a couple in rugby too but again lack of interest. Parents don’t push for it

Which forum? ICF?
Yes, amongst others. In that past it was horrendous the anti-Islam, anti Pakistan venom! that nearly every poster spewed, coffee rules, ravishing ravi etc etc. havent been since and dont intend too. I can see many posters from there here. There are many good indian posters here, I consider you one of the better ones.

Well, first impressions matter.. i was there for sometime and it was bad! it really made me question what indians are. And before you mention Pakistani, many Pakistanis here are aware of our own awaam/country and their ridiculous policies and practices. (295 fragrance being one..)

Good discussion benefits everyone.

Off topic, (personal opinion) i wish we had a Manmohan type leader and also a Modi type visionary. Instead we get what we have…

I won’t generalize to all Indians from ICF as I don’t generalize to all Pakistanis from this microcosm.
