From Lahore Qalandars' PDP, he went 2-35 against Peshawar Zalmi today, a good outing for a new bowler.

A poor outing from him today with the ball. 0/27 from his 2 overs, was not trusted to bowl more. Alan Wilkins in particular very critical of his "lazy" wrist that was "all over the place"

"I want to thank Allah, and I’m happy that we won and qualified. It was all about sticking to the plan, hitting the right areas, and I tried to keep doing that consistently.

There was some grip on the surface, and using variations made it difficult for the batters. It’s essential to assess the wicket and play accordingly. Playing alongside Shaheen is a great experience—there’s so much to learn from him.

This was my first game since 2021, and I want to dedicate this award to the Lahore management."

Brilliant stuff from him. He really troubled the batters out there, and his line and length were also quite good. Sad that PCB selected over-hyped Naseem instead of such guys who performed well in this format game after game.

He looks like a fast, nippy left-arm bowler with genuine wicket-taking potential. I love how he uses his wrist to generate pace, movement, and variation. He definitely reminds me of Fazalhaq Farooqi from Afghanistan — similar style, quick through the air, and deceptively sharp with both pace and bounce. Including him in Test matches wouldn't be a bad idea, especially when you're in need of attacking bowlers. Definitely looks more potent than Naseem Shah.

His most efficient utilization can be in white ball cricket, considering his strengths — Start with T20s, see if can level up to ODIs sustainably — Has the potential to be a quality white ball specialist. Anything in red ball cricket would only be an unexpected bonus.
