Everyone is Yes man to get captaincy but some like Rizwan, Babar and soon Shaheen will want to have their consultation for the team they would captain, once established themselves a bit.
Afridi was doing very well as a captain. He lost form because of the stress of being removed from captaincy after one series with no explanation and the backstabbing from those he supported.
