Should Pakistan fill in after Australia cancelled the tour of South Africa?

I hope PCB can fill in for 2 tests few one days and T20s, specially after Australia called off the tour.
I doubt because PSL might hinder the program if PCB considers it.

Why ? if SA is not safe for Australia why its safe for Pakistan team ? Why you want to have different safety standard for our team ?

South African variant of covid 19 is a big worry all over the world and you want to send the team to bring it to Pakistan.

I would rather have no tests there. We have had our portion of humiliation for the year in New Zealand.

ODI's and T20's still could be good to watch.

But as the poster above said, safety comes first.

It takes months of prep for such an event to happen. I wish if it was possible, even if they could play in UAE it would be great but almost impossible.

I think there is LO series scheduled in but I would not mind a test series. But obviously it needs to be safe for the players.

If Pak tours SA for a test series, it would be a great gesture. Those talking about safety, well SL team just toured them. Pak woman's team just toured them.Why not pak men's team?

CA are a conniving board. They dont want their players in a BSE on a long tour. They knew if they avoid this tour, they are unlikely to have to be in a BSE for next 12 months. So they avoid the issue altogether. This is such a poor and pathetic way of doing business.

PS: This is assuming that they dont have to be in a BSE post quarantine in NZ.

Probably not a test series as one has just been played but i wouldn't mind an ODI/t20 series.

PCB should definitely consider having a series against South Africa in South Africa.

It would be a great gesture, and in current form, seeing how we got on top of them, we might actually stand a chance of winning as well.

However, test series should be after PSL. If the South African Board is willing to have an ODI series, I'd be more than happy to see that happen. Could improve our ranking there as well.
