Pakistan is having an absolute bad time in 3rd ODI and will lose it more than comprehensively. But all is not bad. There must be some silver lining after all. What do you think?

Some of the points which come to my mind are:

  • Pakistan bowling was pretty good finally. All main bowlers Shadab, Rumman, Hasan, Amir and Faheem were good today. They did not let NZ batsmen score freely first time in the series.
  • Azhar, Hafeez and Malik were brutally exposed.
  • Some good young batsmen in lower order (Shadab, Fahim, Hasan) were not blown by NZ bowlers; instead they try to take on the bowlers and lose their wickets; with experience they will learn Pakistan's top order is really bad and this will force them to value their wickets more.

Haris one of the best players of pace is warming the bench. Azhar Ali was very poor, he is one of the players who can block one end against pace but obviously doesn’t score at all or quick.

One of the many eye openers for HAFEEZ n MALIK yet he will still play as he scored 60 runs in the last match.

If they can lose with seniors then why not try youngsters and make them experienced

if you want to wun in NZ you have to attack from the word go.
Pakistan is carrying really bad ODI batsmen at #1 (Azhar), #4 (Hafeez) and #5 (Malik). Pakistan cannot compete in these conditions with 3 bad ODI batsmen in top 5.

this is just utter rubbish and need to take bold steps against these rubbish odi trio of hafeez/malik/azhar they need to be kicked out asap.

In an ideal world, that would happen but in Pakistan Cricket team not gonna happen most likely. All 3 are gonna play the next world cup, living off the performances of CT and against weak teams.

Pakistani batsman need to learn how to rotate the strike. 67 dot balls in 13 overs in not acceptable in a ODI.

Well .... if anything ... hope we have learnt that we are not as good as we think !!!!!!
