I don't think it's entirely PCBs fault though. Boards want to play lesser amounts of test cricket, so FC cricket is kind of out of the equation. NZ only hosted 4 home tests, so they'd never host many A team FC games. That's why I assume there were 5 T20s. Worst comes to worst, I think PCB should just take the hits and invite teams regularly.

How about 3 squad of Pak A ,Pak B ,Pak C playing 5 to 6 first class games during off season In pakistan.
Include best 35 performer and see where these guys stand .

Could be a good idea. I'd go with just two teams. Have a series of 3, played in Spring/Summer time. It's better than doing nothing for those months in the off season. I'm sure if it's marketed well, it wouldn't be a very expensive venture.
