I think the first step needs to be removing Salman Agha from the captaincy and team all together. He might be a fine captain and I think his thinking is right in terms of how he wants the team to play but simply put, he doesn't have the skills or talent to justify a spot on his own. He keeps ruining the balance on this team because he can't play in the middle order and he has no power or ability to play at a high SR.

Pakistan just seem to be in complete disarray in T20's at this point.
