hmm.. SA chases.. they are very good at chasing.. that diminishes India's low chance further..

McCullum out ct behind off Morkel
NZ 68-1 after 8.2 overs
Ross Taylor in

Styris out ct at deep mid off off Morkel
NZ 90-4 after 12.1
Oram in

Vettori out with a very good catch by Morkel off Van Der Vath
NZ 137-7 after 17.5

Morkel get another wicket bowled for a 5fer but a very tight no-ball called.
Morkel finshes with 4-16
NZ 142-8 after 19

McMillan 48 from 24 with another knock to get NZ to some decent total.
NZ 153-8 after 20 overs

South Africa is probably the only team I would prefer to bat first against if we won the toss....

There are two Morkels in the SA team. Albie was not the one getting the wickets

ABCDE out ct behind off Gillespie
SA 17-2 after 3.1 overs - need 137 to win
Kemp in

So once again teams are struggling to bat in Durban!

And to think Pakistan got so much stick from the armchair critics here for doing just that! Perhaps the cricketing experts over here would like to wait a little longer and think before they start bashing our team in future.

Gibbs out ct at midwicket
SA 45-3 after 7.1 over- need 109 to win from 77 balls

45/3. Gibbs gone pulling Martin straight up in the air to Jeetan Patel at deep mid wicket.

Kemp pulls Martin for 6 behind square. Fantastic shot, cracking sound out of the bat..

Boucher gone caught behind to Gillespie. Went for a huge heave and edged it behind.

Boucher out ct behind
SA 110-4 after 15.2 - need 44 from 28 balls
Kemp 59 not out
Pollock in

Can you guys give me a good reason to cheer for either one of these 2 teams? I can't seem to decide

19 off 14 and Kemp hits a massive 6 off Vettori to wide long on. all over now.

12 off 12

Unbeivable! I take Kemp out of my team and he scores 71! WHAT IS THIS?

If SAF wins then we get to play NZL in the Semis. PLus, NZL are much cooler.

Now it will be better for SA to LOSE their next game against IND(not by a lot though) so they get PAK in the semis instead of AUS.

same applies to me.
took him out to replace him with jacob oram today

Straight 6 from Kemp to win the game for South Africa by 6 wickets. Fantastic innings by the slugger. 89* for Kemp.

now all we need is for them to win against india.

bring it on new zealand in the semi finals

Its just not fair is it? Hasn't performed all tournament and now scores a huge 90!

England is out. How will they play against Ind in an hour will be interesting

What an innings by Kemp. I thought South Africa were going to bottle it in the end when they required 40 from 24 balls, but credit to Kemp and Pollock for keeping their cool and smashing Oram all over the place in that crucial 17th over. Gillespie bowled really well and didnt deserve to be on the losing side
