Can't blame PAK selectors here - BBL picked Shinwari and he did perform there on almost similar wickets. But, from his bowling here what I realize that the couldn't factor the boundary length of 60 metre in J'burg (effectively 50 metres for altitude) against 70+ Aussie grounds. The length he is bowling is absolutely perfect at that pace for any Aussie ground apart from Adelaide, but here he'll go for plenty.

It ends exactly that way but I am surprised that neither Azhar, nor Malik had any clue of what's going wrong.

Unfortunately in Pakistan nothing can be said 100% about a players fitness as they're going to lie everytime and say we are fully fit to play and then struggle in the field.

That's a culture we have developed in the last decade. Pakistan have not produced a proper athlete since the days of IK and Akram back in the 80's.
