are the pitches helping swing bowlers in sl?
Must say Southee has developed nicely over the past year.
Getting dropped was the best thing that happened to him.
Let us hope that Ryder's exclusion will do the same.
Gonna be an easy win for NZ unless it rains. Very well done to them, they don't win many games on the anywhere.
By the way, Dilshan is legit one of the biggest frauds ever. Rubbish.
Let us hope that Ryder's exclusion will do the same.
You might not be really wanting to wish that, we got a head-on at Durban coming up!
Southee is the next Bond. You heard it here first
southee is next chris cairns,,,in upcoming series u will also witness his great batting exploits...

^ Then you saw a KP special![]()
Don't worry most of the time it only rains in SL to screw our chances not to screw others.

yeah nz could have easily won the last ODI but rain ruined it
On another note I would just like to apologise to everyone who have had/will have to put up with Jayasuriya's commentary. Worst commentator .... eVER!![]()
I didn't want to say anything lol.
Hes a shocker.
^^
your comment goes to show the interest level among the cricket public. This series was probably among the least anticipated cricket series for some time
very impressed by Southee and Boult, Southee especially has been in magnificent form of late. NZL deserve to win this one, absolutely no doubting that, as I said earlier on this thread, they are not as bad as their results have been lately, this is a much better side and it shows now.
SLN still rely very heavily on Sanga and Mahela and I must say I'm surprised that Chandimal isn't a part of their test line up. Their practice of culling test matches these days for ODI's and T20's isn't going to help their cause in the long term either.
I hope I'm wrong SL_Fan but surely the way SLN are cutting down on test matches is a very bad practice and the people in charge should do something about it, I believe after Australia tour SLN have just 4 tests, 2 against Bangladesh and 2 against Zimbabwe in the next 12 months!!!
Life after Sanga, Mahela and Dilshan could be very difficult, esp if all the Srilankan youngsters run after IPL and making money, rather than concentrating on the longer format of the game.
When you are on the verge of losing to this NZ team at home, you know something is incredibly wrong.
