Well I guess again it proves that Misbah has no clue how to chase, I knew it from the moment Sri Lanka posted 280 they have won because we don't like to conduct a chase properly.

Its a must to send Younis Khan and Misbah ahead of Umar Akmal and Afridi.

It just goes to show that if our bowlers have an off day then you can always count Pakistan out of winning when the total is above 240!!!

People think I'm being very negative but what people don't understand is the era of someone like Dravid being a great ODI player is long gone..

You need dynamic players who can be aggressive when needed and also play according to the situation when required.. a good example is someone like Kohli, Ghambir, Dhoni, etc.. Pakistan don't have those players.. we've got Younis, Misbah and Azhar in this game that are totally one dimensional.

Apparently their mindset for every chase is play slow until you reach 35 overs and then some how Afridi will come out blast the ball to all parts of the park. It's a tactic that works once in every 10 games because it's dependent on Afridi's batting.

The funny thing is no matter how many times this tactic fails we do it again and again and again..

Singles and double would really help.. but one of the other things these batsmen have issues with is boundaries.. if they hit a boundary they are comfortable at for example playing 3 dot balls after hitting a 4.. Someone like Ghambir in the same situation take a single right after hittng a 4.. it's all about pressure..
