Strongest ODI team of this decade - How to stop this English Juggernaut?

Make a non-flat pitch and you stand a chance.

Conditions favoured good bowling and England managed to chase against Australia. They also, in Archer, now have a bowler who can provide fire and control early in the innings. With Rashid finding form and Woakes looking good, this is more than just a one trick pony.

I think this England team can win anywhere unless it is a spinning track. They should struggle if the pitch is a rank turner.

They lost 1-2 against India in India last time they toured there. They also lost one ODI game in BD. West Indies drew series against them 2-2. They struggle if the pitch is not flat.

Hyperion66 bhai has disappeared after our WC loss.

He shouldn't have given up on his thread so quickly.

It's BACK ON.

Whattay performance by England.

They still have to close it but they have to choke hopelessly to lose this from here.

I was sad and didn't feel like logging in here, i think that's pretty normal for normal fans like me. Juggernaut or not I don't give a flying lumba no more. England can choke till kingdom come for all I care.

Hope you enjoyed your 'I told you so moment' real hard BTW.

Happens man.

After CT 2017 fiasco, I didn't even visit PP for 2 months.

I hadn't been posting here for a couple of months prior to that but I was atleast checking it before.

But the finals was so heartbreaking that I didn't even want to take a peep in here or any other cricket site.

I thought atleast now the team will be built properly but even that didn't happen.

Slowly and steadily I lost the emotional connection with the ODI team (I am not alone in this regard).

At the end of the day, no Indian loss is a happy moment.

Deep down, everyone knows India is an AMAZING team out there had they planned properly.

Let's hope things change and we rule the roost for years to come.

But looking at how the general Indian population has reacted to this loss, looks like nothing has changed. They seem pretty satisfied by and large.

Uncouple the openers early field well make sure Santner turns up no extras while bowling, when batting 3 players need to make 200+ runs collectively Kane Ross and one other

loool overrated team. flat track bully at best. they would lose to india and Pakistan in sub conditions in important matches. no ifs and buts lol. they would definitely lose. india and Pakistan would beat this England side if they win the toss even with all their problems.
had india won the toss vs n.zealand they would have won comfortably. They should have still won regardless vs n.zealand in the semis but kohli dint pick the right team. aggarawal should have played as Rahul is uncomfortable to open the batting. Should have also picked shami and gone with 3 pacers

the juggernaut will come to a screeching halt because the ECB is going to destroy the ODI game in the uk..
