Suicide blast at Islamabad G‑11 Courthouse kills six, injures dozens: police

A suspected suicide blast occurred near the main gate of the G‑11 Islamabad Courthouse on Tuesday, killing six people and injuring more than a dozen, police said.

According to police, the attacker attempted to enter the courthouse but, failing to do so, detonated explosives near a police vehicle. A forensic team has been called to the scene to investigate.

Emergency services, including Rescue 1122, ambulances, and police vehicles, transferred the injured to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Hospital, where over a dozen victims, including those critically injured, have been admitted.

A heavy police contingent, along with Islamabad Inspector General of Police and the Chief Commissioner, reached the hospital and the blast site. Security has been tightened in the surrounding area.

The explosion reportedly took place in a parked vehicle on the service road near the courthouse gate. Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the attack.

At least 9 deaths and 21 injuries have been confirmed in an explosion outside the district courts in Pakistan’s capital city of Islamabad. Majority of the victims have been taken to PIMS Hospital.

A school teacher has been shot dead by unidentified gunmen inside the school in the Kitikhel area: Police

Field Marshall has directly tried to address the root cause of this terrorism.

This is a deep rooted problem that will take long time to go away. But the state is aligned for once that there is no more any good Taliban, however this change in stance has taken place at the time when India has decided that yes there is a good Taliban, so the situation is highly complex.

Before india , Russia , Pakistan and Chinese etc support Afghan Taliban goverment. Remembered your ISI chief was enjoying a Cup of tea in Kabul a day after Taliban takeover in Afghanistan.

Now all of sudden they are become bad for Pakistan just because they are not accepting the hegemony of Pakistan Establishment.

The support was conditional but Taliban resorted to their usual tactics almost immediately.

The fool of army chief decided to bomb Kabul. What the heck has it to do with PTI?

Pakistani government and army chiefs have sold out to America, they knew terrorism would go through the roof but their own greed was too much for them. Countries in the region need to work together, losing Afghanistan was a huge strategic blunder.

Now you have to go all out war with Afghanistan for regime change which will cause further misery and death for all sides.

Bro...even if Modi was to take revenge, it will not be this quick. Read my signature, it took 2 weeks to do Op Sindoor after Pahalgam attacks. So if it is indeed done by Modi, then he is more brave than I thought or Pak intelligence is worst. However, we all know this is not the truth and Modi/India has nothing to do with this attack.

In the grand circus that is Pakistan, Defence Minister Khawaja Asif blames Afghanistan for today’s Islamabad attack, while Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif blames India. The only one missing from the blame list, as always, is Rawalpindi.

This reminds me of quotes I grew up with from our greatest British icons such as Winston Churchill and Rudyard Kipling. India should have remained a British colony, those guys always considered the people to be too feeble minded to rule with any sense.

Where was India's Competence when Terrorists Inflitrated 100s of KM inside kashmir to do Palgham. Yet Indians blamed Pakistan and attcked our Civillians in name of terrorist Camps. Without providing any concrete evidence to us or world community
