I came across an interesting fact in an article. Quoting the article
"Southee has now bowled in five Super Overs for New Zealand, losing his last four and conceding 13, 19, 17 and 20 runs in those losses."
You would think NZ think tank would have realized he is not your best bet. But they keep going back to him. I know any bowler can be lined up against in super over on a flat wicket. You can convert yorker into full toss. You can play scoop shot. But still why do they keep going back to him?
