For me
Strengths - Hardworking, willing to put in long hours i.e. 15-16 hours daily, making the effort to address multiple issues, multi tasking, doing his best to adopt austerity. The Pakistan army finally is looking up to a civilian leader with respect
Weaknesses - Made compromises when it came to important appointments i.e. CM of KPK and Punjab, selection of certain ministers could have been better, appears to not be aggressive enough against the opposition i.e. PML-N and PPP who know how to play the system to their benefit to hoodwink the massess
Opportunities - I believe he needs to address the nation much more frequently to bring them into the loop and to address the panic spreading regarding the state of the economy and inflation. Should also address the parliament and attend parliament meetings frequently. Once a month is a must i feel. I believe he also needs to get aggressive on bringing back the looted wealth and should take a personal interest in the cases against the Sharif's and Zardari. Maybe look to promote exports, alternative products to other countries. Has got to address the tax collection problem in the country, needs to make a solid effort to engage Foreign Pakistani's
Threats - Definately from the loot maar gang of PPP and PML-N and the other opposition parties, perhaps from foreign powers too who do not want Pakistan to have a genuine sincere, non corrupt leader.
