This, it's silly trying to compare Amla to anyone this decade. Him and Steyn stand out as far and away the best performers, not just stats wise but through match/series winning performances. But as I asked what's the criteria for the team of the decade? Why is Steyn a universal choice when he hadn't completed a series since 2015 before touring Sri Lanka? For all we know he's past it. Therefore on current form he doesn't merit a place as well as Amla.

I think the argument of Amla > kohli ha snow been put to bed.

I would have both in the side and make the statement Amla has been better, as has abd. In fact, I think root, up until recently, had more test runs, even though being far less experienced in international cricket.

If one only views cricinfo articles, then it becomes very easy to overrated kohli.

You don't need yasir either, 4 spinners is too much.. Replace yasir and shaheen with two pacers and the team will win against current Indian side
