England should play another 62 overs today scoring at 4.00 runs per over, that would give them about 412 runs lead and then should put Australia in for the last 10 overs and try to get some wickets.

There would be no play on day 5. England should get a lead of 300-350 and declare

2 matches for Doherty and 2 Wickets, Averaging 119 per wicket, not a bad start to his career...

Swann is going to be lethal on here. England have this game in the bag now, the pitch is talking.

I hate draws. And australia gonna be looking for one. Im sure theyre gonna be more careful in the second innings

as much as I want Aussies to win, KP has put on a fantastic display of aggressive Test batting...lovely to watch!

Aus under serious pressure...

if England gets to 400 lead and declares tonight, that'll leave 2 days to get 10 wickets for England

and someone from Aus will have to produce yet another innings of their life

as of right now, this match has England victory written all over it!

Completely toothless attack. England dominating this series by a long way.

The North into the attack.

Australia's best spinner.

Four more to KP, flicked away with ease. Wicket is very easy paced.

150 up for Kp. Well played.

Aussies can't get him out.

Have some mercy on them KP

Swept for four.

153 to KP. He made 158 last time at Adelaide in 2006/07.

Pietersen playing an ODI. You can tell by how he's changed his stance. He wants to hit fours every ball.

That's lunch. England completely destroyed Australia in that session. They've gone a long way towards winning this game bar rain or a miracle by Australia's batsmen.

I was thinking the same thing. Cant believe england dropped him for that. And there was no asif n amir for that

Kevin Pietersen should target a double hundred and more at the way he's seeing it. Collingwood has good memories here and will want a 70 odd at least himself.
After that, England should send up some hitters and try to get a move on. Promote Prior and maybe even Swann.

Well aside from preventing Cook from getting another double ton that was a pretty ordinary session. Doherty looks to be a joke. Geez even Horroritz would've been better I reckon.

Is this the same English batting lineup that Amir & Asif toyed with this summer :13:
