The difference between Franchise T20 and Domestic T20

Recently, some on here stated that the Pakistan Super League without foreign players is simply another Faysal Bank T20 competition as the ongoing discussion of playing the PSL final in Lahore was yet to be finalised.

My question is what do you think differentiates Franchise T20 from Domestic T20?

the atmosphere the promotional build the money involved the investment and of course the foreign star players ans coaches and mentors. Thats what diffrentiates a Franchise T20 from a Domestic T20 tournie.
