The field setting, line, length to bowl for an off spinner

-Slip
-Short bat pad

On side:

-Leg slip
-short leg bat pad

Four fielders close by the batman

Where would I put the other five fielders?

It depends on the type of batter, whether the batter is new to the crease, your desired line and length, match situation etc.

If it is a new batter, I would have a slip on. Maybe a "short leg bat pad" too if the batter is weak against spin.
