Which games do you play?

So guys!!! Which games do you play?

:) :) :) :)

Games as in on a console/computer or sports?

CSGO, League, and some MMOs like WoW/GW2 every now and then. I also play some single player games as they come out, if they're good, like witcher 3.

Console, computer and mobile, I forgot to mention it.

I am an expert FIFA player and love to play GTA as well. Used to play Tiger Woods PGA Tour and various tennis games as well, but they don't produce any good ones anymore. Have played nearly all cricket games as well except for the latest Bradman one.

In addition, I have also played one of the earlier editions of Assassin's Creed, and my favorite games of all time are L.A. Noire and Red Dead Redemption. Eagerly awaiting part II.

Call of Duty, Battlefield, Counter-Strike etc. are not my cup of tea.

Gaming since i was 6 years old. Too many to list down. These days I'm playing call of duty ww2 (my first call of duty in 5 years) and I'm prestige 2 in it. And I'm playing Persona 5 on the side

Most recent game I finished was Wolfenstein 2. Absolutely amazing. Favourite games of this year have to be Horizon Zero Dawn and Nier Automata

I tried gaming the system, but the system gamed me instead.

I play once in a blue moon, as of late GTA V and Battlefield 1.

Man, I've been out the game a long long time having missed the era where shooters were sci-fi heavy but when I played Battlefield 1 bah gawd completely blown away, incredible graphics, amazing game play and the stories are beautiful; still on campaign mode. I've never really played a modern sci-fi shooter before unless borderlands counts, the last COD I played properly was the third one which was also set during WWII.

Dirt Rally is another one which is decent, although am scouting a new car game atm not sure what to go for as reviews for Turismo are mixed and the others are deemed to be tricky getting to grips with. I use to love Forza and that must be quality but don't have the Xbox 1.

Need to get the Batman and all the Uncharted series

Pokemon. I'll be 50 and will still play it. Don't care about any other game.

Personally Hoeen is the best followed by Sinnoh/Kanto.

People overrate Kanto sometimes.
For me the best part of those games was getting together an all-around team to beat the league. Then after that was the side-quest with legendaries. Also, forming a bond with ur starter. I usually picked the Water ones. Man looking at the games these days it's too focused on graphics and pointless stuff with no originality.

Yeah people say that, but see it doesn't need to change much, because its formula just WORKS.

I have ditched my starter few times when playing it again, to add a little bit of challenge.

Hell yeah. Post game is supposed to be quite extensive, and the frontier is coming back.

Nice. I haven't really been up to date with what they've released of the game so far, but still pretty excited because Sun was one of the best in the series. If this is even half as good, it will be great.

I hope the postgame is better than Sun/Moon. I never was too interested in frontier though. The only ones I liked were Pokeathlon and some of the contests for DPP.

I could never get behind Pokeathlon. Yeah man post game is really hyped up this time around because this time you can actually explore ultra space and catch ultra beasts there + a 2nd new evil team who you have to beat after the e4 in ultra space.

Not to mention you can catch all previous legendaries from all previous games there. Pretty psyched.

I also loved the starters in Aloha, was kinda disappointed with the last 2 gens. (Fire fighting b.s. starter ditched for epic dark+fire)

Got the owl last time will get the tigwr now.

8 Ball Pool and Clash of Clans :)

JK,I play FIFA and GTA on my XBox.Used to play more games like COD and Injustice, but I’ve stopped ever since I started giving tuitions.

Play PS4. Huge FIFA fan. Besides that I have enjoyed playing all the Batman games, GTA. Also a fan of Battlefield 3 and 4.

Bro how did you get to prestige so fast? Don't you have school?

TBH... I never had time (or interest) in computer/console games. Growing up the only games I played were CS, Red Alert 2, Generals, Age of Empires. Then I didn't play anything from age 18 to about 23... Then for a couple of years I played CS GO on and off, and now back to nothing.

I was always more sporty/outdoorsy type. I grew up playing soccer and cricket like crazy and even today play table tennis and soccer once or twice a week.

Alot of my buddies hang out and play Fifa but that never appealed to me and slowly and steadily I developed other group of friends who were more sporty like me and weren't Fifa fanatics.

Swampert was a beast in Hoenn, he literally destroyed every gym and beat every dragon pokemon in the elite 4.

You make it seem like sports and video games are polar opposites. Which they're not. Actually quite similar, and not hard for somebody to do both.

For my age group, probably around 80% of guys play video games. Regardless of whether or not they are sporty or nerdy.

Hoenn is the one region where I love all 3 starters, very hard decision for me lol.

I remember training Slakoth. What a pain it was to train him. But the pay off was huge, he could one shot a lot of things towards the end of the game.

Currently I’m playing horizon zero dawn which is definetly one of the best games of the years.

Another game I basically play all year round is Rocket league. This game is honestly one of the best games of all time in my opinion.

My most fondest memory was first encountering a Latios in the wild, I was so shocked to see one because I always saw the pokemon in front covers of the games and whatnot. I also remembered catching all three Regis with my mates during primary school, it was like a little adventure in trying to find them. When it comes to the battle frontier, I was only able to beat the battle factory, battle dome and battle pike. I never trained a slakoth though but the slaking was super strong, I trained a bagon to a salamence instead lol.

Dude Latios was my favorite pokemon and I was kicking myself when I realized in Emerald that you can actually choose which one of the Latis to catch when you choose the color red or blue.... I chose red without knowing.

Yeah the regi quests were epic.

But I was stuck on the 7th gym for months, it took me way too long to realize that you had to use dive ON sootopolis city to enter it :)))

Loool I could keep going on and on about pokemon emerald since it was one of my favourite childhood games of all time. Nah sootopolis was the 8th gym I remember, I never found any gym leader difficult except for 3rd (electric) or 4th (Fire). One thing that my friend had to help me on was that you could use your watering can on a sudowoodo to fight one :)))

I dont have time for games anymore as I have a busy professional life and a 7 year old son Allhamdullilah. Also when I used to play, the PS3 didnt require a subscription so that also made me stop.

But when I used to play it was either Call of Duty (online only) or Uncharted

Yeah after the 7th gym it took me ages to discover Sootopolis, but my team was buffed up because I beat all the trainers in the sea.

I have to say though the epicness when it starts raining hard and is still part drought because of Kyogre and Groudon awakening was pure badass, especially that cutscene where Rayquaza descends to resolve the fight.

The battle themes were also the best in Hoenn.

Sony’s E3 press conference was a hyper-detailed gross-out fest

Sony took a slightly different approach than its peers at E3 2018. Instead of packing as many games as possible into its conference, a la Microsoft, it made room for a smaller number of titles to lovingly chew the scenery, showing off with extended gameplay footage and a surprising number of stomach-turning moments.

Naughty Dog’s The Last of Us Part II kicked off the conference with a quiet, tender moment between Ellie and a new love interest. The moment of romance was short-lived; as the camera turns away from the warmly lit, close-up smooch, it bleeds (literally) into Ellie brutally sinking her knife into a man’s neck. As the camera spins, she pulls her knife out, ignoring the blood spray, to plunge it right back in. From there, Ellie slinks through a dark, dystopian forest full of dead bodies hanging from trees or impaled on whatever’s handy. A man approaches one captive, strung up by his neck, then guts him by stabbing him and ripping out his intestines.

The gore didn’t end there. PS4 exclusive Ghost of Tsushima quickly traded its beautiful grasslands and horse riding for some close-up action of dismemberment and impaling.

A trailer for the Resident Evil 2 remake offered some zombie mayhem that was positively gag-worthy: an extreme close-up of a man getting his throat ripped out, down to the tendons of his neck snapping with bloody tension.

Finally, to wrap up the conference’s Most Disgusting Moments, viewers were treated to a special showcase of body horror with Death Stranding. Although the Hideo Kojima game has previously focused on some positively bizarre moments, mostly involving babies, this relatively tame demo instead chose to freak people out with Norman Reedus pulling off his own bloody toenail. (Let’s not forget the bonus round in which actress Lea Seydoux slurped down a fleshy wiggle worm that resembles a severed thumb.)

If you made it through this entire conference without gagging once, we salute you. I’ll be skipping dinner.

Microsoft E3 Press Conference: Xbox puts on a stunning showcase

Microsoft has just wrapped up its annual press conference at E3 2018 and boy did it put on a stunning show this year. It had everything from exclusive blockbusters, third-party juggernauts and plenty of intriguing indies. Microsoft also detailed plans for its future, leaving us wanting more after an incredible showcase of games.

Trusted Reviews has compiled everything you need to know about the Microsoft E3 2018 press conference including how to watch it and all the big announcements from the show.

What a phenomenal show that was. Microsoft had something to prove this year and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The company had over 50 games showcased during its conference, many of which were massive exclusives and third-party blockbusters launching in the next 12 months. Of course, it also featured plenty of indie darlings and a huge number of reveals we simply didn’t expect. Be sure to check out our pages on each of the games for the full details.

First up was Halo Infinite, a new entry in the sci-fi shooter series which will utilise new engine technology. Little else is known about it at the moment, but that didn’t stop its reveal at the start of the show from starting a trail of momentum that didn’t let up. From Software’s Shadows Die Twice also saw its first gameplay reveal, teasing a Dark Souls-esque adventure which seems to focus more on narrative than past games from the studio and takes us to an archaic Japanese setting, while Capcom revealed Devil May Cry 5 with an absurdly stylish trailer.

Fallout 76 received its second trailer while other upcoming titles such as Crackdown 3, Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Kingdom Hearts 3 received fantastic chunks of new footage we couldn’t help get excited about.

The final third of the show was where things got kicked into overdrive, with a range of exciting reveals for Forza Horizon 4, Just Cause 4, Gears of War 5 and the one and only Cyberpunk 2077. It was a standout show, and you can catch up with all the trailers and info below and across Trusted Reviews.

If you want even more detail then you can watch the conference in its entirety below, or else scroll down for our liveblog where we detailed each of the announcements as they happened.

Microsoft E3 2018 Press Conference Live Blog – Everything as it happened
2100: The show has begun! Microsoft has opened this year’s conference with a trailer for Halo Infinite, a new title in the series powered by the Slipspace Engine. Now, Head of Xbox Phil Spencer takes the stage to explain exactly what we just saw.

Phil Spencer is expanding upon the potential of gaming and how it possesses no barriers between race, gender or religion. A genuinely sweet message before diving into the nitty gritty of tonight’s showcase. Tonight will feature 50 titles, 18 games with exclusivity and 15 world premieres.

2107: First up is a trailer for Ori and The Will of the Wisps. First teased last year, the gorgeous platformer takes place across a charmingly magical landscape filled with plenty to explore and puzzles to solve. It’s coming to Xbox One and Windows 10 in 2019.

2110: From Software’s Shadows Die Twice has been revealed and it’s being published by Activision, which is quite a surprising reveal in itself. Now known as Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, it’s coming to all platforms in 2019.

2113: Todd Howard has taken the stage to present Fallout 76. But, before showing something new, Fallout 4 is now available on Xbox Game Pass. It’s a prequel to all games in series and is four times the size of Fallout 4. Set in the hills of West Virginia, you emerge from Vault 76 twenty years after atom bombs ended life as we know it.

2117: DONTNOD Entertainment’s Life is Strange has had a sequel in development for a while now, and now we’re finally catching a glimpse of it. Well, it’s more of a standalone effort it seems. It’s coming to Xbox on June 26th, and follows a young boy with a massive imagination as he explores planets, fights monsters and more.

2119: Terry Crews is here for a new trailer for Crackdown 3, and it seems he’s a starring role in the upcoming open-world title. Crackdown 3 is coming in February 2019 after a recent delay.

2120: NieR: Automata is coming to Xbox One as the Become As Gods Edition with all previously released DLC and enhancements for Microsoft’s Xbox One X console. It’s dropping on June 26, which is just a couple of weeks away!

2123: Metro Exodus is here with a new trailer showcasing a grim open world and a plethora of wonderful gameplay systems. It looks like something special, and will also include special enhancements for Xbox owners.

2125: Kingdom Hearts 3 is here with a brand new trailer, revealed a world set in the Frozen universe. Princess Elsa can be seen alongside the hugely popular film’s ensemble cast. The usual suspects of light, darkness, hearts and poppy bangers in the soundtrack are here in full.

2132: After a brief look at Battlefield 5’s War Stories, Microsoft is revealed a new racer in the form of Forza Horizon 4 with a stunning trailer featuring an abundance of vehicles, weather effects and outrageous terrain. Set in Britain, Horizon 4 features a huge, shared open world for players to explore and complete events within.

2138: Forza Horizon 4 will feature four dynamic seasons dictate how the game plays in exciting ways. Forza Horizon 4 is coming to Xbox One and Window 10 on October 2 and will be on Xbox Game Pass at launch!

2140: Phil Spencer returns to the stage to announce the creation of a brand new Microsoft studio: The Initiative. Undead Labs, the developer behind State of Decay 2, has also been purchased and is now part of Microsoft Game Studios. Playground Games, the creators of Forza Horizon, has also been acquired by Microsoft. Finally, Ninja Theory, the minds behind Hellblade, has also been purchased by the company. That’s not all! Compulsion Games has been purchased, too. Microsoft has been on a crazy spending spree.

2144: Compulsion Games’ We Happy Few takes the stage with a new trailer. This one seems to focus specifically on a story-driven mode of sorts. It’s being published by Gearbox Studios and will available in full on August 10, 2018.

2146: PlayerUnknown Battleground’s 1.0 will be arriving on Xbox One in Winter 2018. At the time of writing it’s part of the Xbox Preview Programme. Next up is Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition. The classic JRPG will receive visual and gameplay enhancements on Xbox One. It’s launching this Winter, too!

2149: The Division 2 receives its first trailer and will take players to Washington D.C. It seems far more ambitious than the original in terms of scope and visual style, as the demo seems to take place in a city overgrown by leaves and other foliage.

2154: As usual, teamwork will play a critical role in The Division 2 as you work alongside friends to complete missions, defeat enemies and gather a bunch of sweet loot. It looks very similar to the first in terms of gameplay, but looks impressive nonetheless.

2158: Microsoft is improving how quickly titles will start on Xbox One platforms in future updates. Xbox Game Pass is also set to receive new games in the form of Halo: The Master Chief Collection and a bunch of upcoming Microsoft exclusives. Sounds good to us. Today, Fallout 4, Elder Scrolls Online and The Division are available on Game Pass.

2201: Time for an indie sizzle reel from ID@Xbox and a new trailer for Crystal Dynamics and Eidos Montreal’s Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

2205: Session, which looks an awful lot like Skate, is a new skateboarding title which was previously kickstarted earlier this year. The next duo of games is Pearl Abyss and Black Desert, the latter of which is an online MMORPG with a staggeringly good character creator.

2207: Devil May Cry 5 has officially been announced after a bunch of rumours and it looks totally rad. Coming in Spring 2019, it seems to star Nero as the main character while Dante appears to be the primary antagonist.

22:14 Cuphead is receiving an expansion in 2019, so expect some hard-as-nails platforming in the months to come. Up next is Tunic, an adorable indie dungeon crawler with a stunning graphical style.

2218: A new title from Bandai Namco featuring the likes of Naruto, Dragonball Z, One Piece and more has been revealed in the form of Jump Force. It’s anime as hell and we dig it. You can play it in 2019.

2220: Dying Light 2 is the new entry from Techland’s zombie series and seems to feature the same mixture of parkour, melee combat and terrifying encounters with the undead. Check out the trailer below:

The last game’s formula has been expanded with dialogue choices and moral dilemmas which will have a noticeable impact on how the world evolves around you. Survivors need water and food, and you can directly influence that as the game progresses.

2225: Battletoads is being rebooted. Yes, you definitely heard that right. The polarising retro hit will be back in 2019. Now we’re moving onto the world premiere of Avalanche Studio’s Just Cause 4, which was leaked ahead of tonight’s event.

2228: Gears of War is getting a mobile app in the form of Gears Pop. Now, a member of The Coalition has taken to the stage to chat about all things Gears of War. First up is Gears Tactics, a PC exclusive tactics title set 12 years before the first game.

2231: Gears of War 5 has been revealed. Kait from Gears 4 is the playable lead this time around as she sets out to discover the truth behind her family and the returning locust horde. It seems it will place a greater focus on an emotional narrative alongside all the running and gunning. It’s launching in 2019.

2237: Phil Spencer is closing the conference by talking about the future of Xbox, and the studio hopes to set the benchmark for console gaming and is committed to becoming the leader in first-party development moving forward. A very bold thing to say, but after today, Microsoft might just do it.

2239: It’s not over yet! CD Projekt Red is closing the show with a new trailer for the long-awaited Cyberpunk 2077. It looks fantastic, and you can see for yourself below:

Talking Point: Nintendo's E3 2018 Went Big On Smash Bros. But Left Us Wanting More

So, Nintendo's E3 2018 presentation is over and done with, and it's time to mull over the announcements and digest all of that lovely new content. As was anticipated, a lot of screen time was given to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and with good reason – it's easily going to be the Switch's lead title this holiday season and the amount of content on offer looks absolutely incredible. However, it felt like perhaps too much time was devoted to the upcoming fighter; fatigue set in sooner than it perhaps should have done, and in hindsight, it felt like Nintendo had rushed what could have been significant announcements – and totally missed other key releases.

It was puzzling that Nintendo didn't make a bigger deal out of Dragon Ball FighterZ coming to Switch; one of the year's breakout releases, Bandai Namco's brawler is a welcome addition to the Switch library and a major show of third-party support – yet the game was almost lost amongst a load of other titles, most of which were previously confirmed games like Dark Souls: Remastered, Captain Toad and (wait for it) FIFA 18.

However, it was the stuff Nintendo didn't show that is perhaps the most befuddling. For example, where was Metroid Prime 4? We were given the news that the sequel was in development a year ago, but there was no sign of it during the E3 event. Sure, Nintendo may wish to focus on titles launching in the next 12 months, but an update would have been welcome – and Fire Emblem: Three Houses doesn't launch until Spring 2019, so why include that and not Samus' latest adventure? Given that both Sony and Microsoft have no problem with teasing their fans with titles that are years away from release, it's about time Nintendo embraced the same approach, if only to give us something to look forward to.

There was also nothing on Animal Crossing for Switch, or a big reveal for Star Fox Grand Prix. Now, complaining about Nintendo failing to reveal unannounced or rumoured games might seem somewhat childish, but it's hard to not feel slightly downhearted that these games weren't forthcoming. Still, Nintendo can't be held responsible for our overactive imaginations, or our willingness to assume that rumours are solid facts; while the evidence for a Star Fox racing game seems credible from our perspective, we can't grumble when Nintendo decides against showing a title it has never officially confirmed.

We know that a full Pokémon RPG is on the way next year, but it was absent from the presentation. Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee got a segment – which is understandable given that the pair launch this year – but some kind of update on what many people will see as the biggest Pokémon release in quite some time would have been nice; we assume Nintendo will choose to unveil this title in a stand-alone Direct broadcast before 2018 comes to a close.

We also didn't get any news on Netflix or YouTube apps, or any details on the finer points of Nintendo's upcoming Online service for Switch. There was nothing on Wii or GameCube games coming to the eShop, either. Again, these are things that people perhaps expected rather than solid leads, but the fact that Nintendo didn't use the presentation to highlight them is odd – assuming they are indeed on the way, of course.Putting aside our childish sense of entitlement for one moment, this was a solid showing from a bullish Nintendo. Smash Bros. Ultimate is going to be an absolute mega-hit when it launches later this year, and surprises like the incredible-looking Daemon X Machina – which bravely kicked off the presentation – prove that the company has some tricks up its sleeve. Super Mario Party is another welcome addition to the roster, and it was fantastic to finally see something of Fire Emblem: Three Houses, which is shaping up to be one of the most accomplished entries in the series so far.

As far as box-ticking is concerned, Fortnite on Switch – even if it's wasn't all that surprising – was still a highlight of the event; the fact that the world's biggest video game is now available on Nintendo's hybrid console is a cause for celebration, even if you have no interest in playing it. Fortnite is on the tongue of practically every schoolchild in the world right now, and the more youngsters that pestered their parents for a Switch console this year, the better.

If we're honest, there's no such thing as a "perfect E3" as everyone has different expectations, and in the age of the internet, it's all too easy to allow those expectations to balloon out of all proportion due to leaks and rumours. Nintendo's show may have been a little too overzealous when it came to force-feeding us Smash Bros. info and it may have missed updates on key titles, but it was an accomplished showing from a company that finds itself in a refreshingly comfortable position in 2018.

So excited for KH3! Too bad it's coming in 7 months but I'll wait I guess. Been playing KH2.5 on Proud mode as of now. Am Lvl 99 and attempting data battles.

BTW well done on the thread. Great idea.

I love Kingdom Hearts but I still think there is real chance that it will get delayed further to probably March or April.

And the Data Battles are extremely hard! I’ve attempting all of them and I’ve only been able to beat Marluxia, Axel and Roxas.

Kingdom hearts 3 definitely looks very exciting. I haven't really gotten into the series so far but have always applauded the series for it's art style. The trailer at E3 showcased amazing visuals. The art style is almost on par with Disney movies.

BTW well done on the thread. Great idea.

Thanks man, much appreciated. Cricket and gaming are probably 2 of my biggest passions. Hopefully a lot of posters keep this thread active and we have our own little corner on this site.

I hope it doesn't. If it does, then all of reddit will be collectively furious. This game has been in development forever already. I believe it was delayed last year as well.

E3 2018: FIRST CYBERPUNK 2077 GAMEPLAY DETAILS: FIRST-PERSON, DRIVING, AND CHARACTER NAME, MORE

The first gameplay details on CD Projekt RED's Cyberpunk 2077 have emerged, most notably that unlike The Witcher 3, this game is a first-person RPG. This news came during a live gameplay demo behind closed doors at E3 2018.

Below are some of the biggest details that emerged from the live demo.

CD Projekt describes the game as a "first-person RPG."

Gameplay is in first a first-person perspective, but switched to third-person during a cutscene.
You play a character named V (as in the letter).

V can be a man or a woman.

The stats you pick at the start include Strength, Constitution, Intelligence, Reflexes, Tech, and Cool.
These stats are all pulled from the original tabletop RPG.'

There are no classes at the start. Instead, you evolve the class you want to be as you play instead of picking a role.'

Your apartment is a set place that fills with all of the clothes and weapons you get, though you don't have to go there to swap.

You'll be able to get more and different apartments throughout the game.

You can drive cars in the game, and seemingly toggle between first and third person during this.
While driving in first-person, the U.I. appears diegetically on the windshield.

You can engage in combat while driving -- AI took over steering as you lean out the window and shoot at enemies.

CD Projekt also described Cyberpunk as a "mature experience intended for mature audiences."
The goal is for you to not only engage with the game world, but with its inhabitants.

Like Witcher, you take missions from NPCs and have dialogue options in conversations.

It's an open world that you open up more with "street cred." For example, a specific jacket might raise it by 5%, allowing you access to new places.'

Completing a quest levels up your street cred.

The UI in the demo is extremely minimal at -- just a light compass and a small quest log.
UI expands during combat -- enemies have names, health bars, and what appear to be levels.
Some enemies have question marks instead of levels, possibly meaning they're much higher level than you.

Damage numbers pop up during combat.

There's a bullet-time-like ability that allows you to slow down time.

CD Projekt keeps emphasizing that choices have consequences, in the moment and to the world at large.

Obstacles have several solutions depending on your skills. For example, V got to a door, but his hacking skill was too low. However, his engineering skill was high enough, so he could open a panel and bypass the door.

There's an inspection system lets you look super close at items and learn more about lore.
You use an inhaler to heal.

Gunplay feels slower than Doom or Borderlands, but faster than Fallout 4.

CD Projekt showed off some late-game abilities, including mantis-like blade arms and wall running.
We saw a boss fight against a dude in an exoskeleton. This included sliding under cars and taking cover.

After being announced in May 2012, CD Projekt RED went mostly quiet on Cyberpunk 2077 for years. It was re-revealed this year during Microsoft's E3 2018 press conference.

Am still waiting for EA to release a new Boxing game for ps4 dammit! :mv

It's been years ! The popularity of Boxing is greater then it has been in a while and it far exceeds that of UFC when you look at their PPV numbers, it would be a good time to release one now. I loved Fight Night Round 4.

I really do try and enjoy gaming these days but give up because always end up having to start all over when I haven't played in a while and just can't be bothered, so every now and then tend to play games in the racing or fighting genre which you can just pick up where you leave; to be fair that's one of the reasons why I also enjoy Battlefield V, their War Stories are not too long and you can complete them relatively quick.

Grew up on the Sega Mega Drive and N64 (GOAT console), then was mostly a PC gamer; never quiet got into multiplayer online which seems to drive the current era of gaming.

Need to make some time in order to complete Arkham Assylum, have the remastered version on ps4; always end up having to start all over again lol

I remember the Spidey on PS2 was outstanding, the new release should be equally good if not better. Will probably get it eventually. Also, was looking forward to Gran Turismo but all the bad reviews put me off; don't think there are many decent racing games on ps4 besides Dirt Rally; Forza has always been the best in the genre but it's an exclusive for Xbox One.

This is probably the game that I am looking forward to the most. Absolutely loved CD Project Red's last game (The Witcher 3) and still remains one of my favourite games to this day.

The next Spiderman should put all the past Spiderman games to shame man. Spidey 2 was amazing but this new one looks next-level. Even web-slinging across New-York city looks insanely fun. The animations just seem so damn smooth. Have you seen the latest trailer at E3?

No mate need to check it out, am not a fan of Marvel but outside the X-Men Spidey had always been my favourite. It will surely challenge the greatest games ever produced in the genre as the best release ever, any word on Boxing games :(

Truly breathtaking gameplay. I was even considering selling my existing ps4 and buying a ps4 pro with the cash :azhar2

Sadly I don't think EA would be too interested in making a triple-a boxing game at the moment. They seem to be busy with FIFA/NFL/NBA these days. The days of fight night games seem to be over :(

Nice one, incredible gameplay :floyd If it's on PC then you should invest in updating your hardware instead to get the best out of a 4k experience, the console updates generally are of a lower quality / poor value for money. But obviously sometimes having a console is just convenient.

EA have no issues releasing those UFC games :mv which are terrible by the way ! they need to drop them and focus on Boxing again, I have read articles that we could get a remastered version of Fight Night Champion but it's on Xbox One  I wouldn't be surprised if I get the Xbox One just for that game lol even though I game like once every 2 months aha

You guys played God of War yet? If not, get it.

The hype is justified.

I love Kingdom Hearts but I still think there is real chance that it will get delayed further to probably March or April.

And the Data Battles are extremely hard! I’ve attempting all of them and I’ve only been able to beat Marluxia, Axel and Roxas.

Which mode are you playing on? I only beat Zexion so far. You should try Zexion, Saix or Demyx next. These are more of the easier ones.

I played on proud mode. I bought kh 2.5 on ps3 so I haven’t really played it a while but I’m a bit tempted to buy 1.5+2.5 on PS4 because of the 60fps.

God Of War is fantastic. But I didn’t really like the story as much as most people.

It was a good story but it just didn’t grab me.

I hate what EA did with the Titanfall franchise. They slotted Titanfall 2 release right next to BF1 and set it up for failure so that they could eventually buy Respawn. Now Respawn is going to make the next Star Wars (read: Money Grab) game instead of Titanfall 3.

Titanfall has probably the best FPS experience, an amazing game and truly under-rated. I play it on the PS4 and there is a dedicated online community. I recommend any one reading this to try it. Its campaign mode is one of the best out there as well.

Fifa 19 looks too good yaar...
They have included Champions League mode :yk2

Finally a Gaming thread. So many good games coming out this year and next year. What a time to be a gamer.

As I’m getting older and it is hard to find time, energy, motivation to continue playing video games, I rely on the simple formula of find, shoot, kill in C.O.D.

Keep
It
Simple
Stupid

Had many internet cafes back in the day with all the latest games at the time like Battlecraft, WOW, etc but never got the point. At least the fighting games like Tekken or people killing each other like Call of Duty were kind of OK for a timepass but got boring after a while.

I am most hyped for Fallout 76 and Red Dead Redemption 2.

Its hard for me to be hyped about these two games, due to the fact that I don't like playing online games. Fallout 76 is announced as a online game and that kind stung me abit despite it being the worst kept secret of E3 and I haven't yet played the first Red Dead Redemption. Believe it or not Far Cry 5, Spiderman, God of War and Detroit Become Human were my most anicapted games this year.

Sadly it's not on PC. Just a PS4 exclusive. I currently own a ps4, xbox one x and a nintendo switch, so I never felt a need for a gaming PC. The One X plays all the latest games at 4k mostly so I'm not missing out on the 4k front. But you're definitely right that PC is a better investment for the long term. I will start saving up soon for a good graphics card for my future PC.:azhar2

If that's the case then it's awesome, but it's likely to be just a timed exclusive rather than a proper exclusive. EA would be dumb if they don't release a Fight Night remaster on PS4, which already has 80 million units sold.

It was a good story but it just didn’t grab me.

I bought it the day it came out and have beaten it twice. Probably the best game since Breath of the wild came out. I loved the story and the fact that the entire game had no camera cuts is mindbogling. Don't know how they were able to achieve that. The Leviathan Axe was great to use as well.

God of war was an amazing game.

Probably it took me around 30 hours to complete the game but enjoyed it throughly.

Now looking forward to RE2 in January 2019 that seems very promising.

I agree that Titanfall 2 releasing so close to BF1 ensured that it's sales would get canibalised by BF1. I really liked the whole idea of titanfall but never got around to playing the original. I did get titanfall 2 though and did enjoy it, but the mere fact that it is extremely similar to COD in many respects put me off a bit. As for Respawn's next star wars game, I do have high hopes for it as EA seems to have learnt it's lessons that people aren't okay with lootboxes and cash-grabs, and so will hopefully not inject that stuff in respawn's game. As for Titanfall 3, I'm sure it's still in production as Respawn has been on a hiring spree of late and must be incubating 2 games at once (star wars and titanfall 3) so don't lose hope yet.

For those that have no clue what cyberpunk 2077 is, here is a trailer they unveiled at E3 this year.

Fortnite's Crazy New 'Playground' Mode Finally Releases Tomorrow, June 27th

Fortnite fans have been waiting a long time for the 'Playground' mode to launch in the game and now it's finally happening.

The 'Playground' Limited-Time Mode (LTM) launches tomorrow alongside the v4.5 update. At last players will be able to practice their building and combat skills without consequences.

While we don't have all the details just yet---we'll know those as soon as downtime ends tomorrow morning---we do know that this mode will allow players to have a little fun without the stress of losing a match.

While everyone expected the v4.5 update to go live this morning, Fortnite developer Epic Games ended up announcing the new content this afternoon:

Play in the v4.5 update tomorrow, June 27. Be the first to get your boots on the Ground!

Downtime begins at 4am Eastern Time (0800 GMT).
— Fortnite (@FortniteGame) June 26, 2018

Epic has also confirmed that the Playground LTM will be part of that update.

I think this will be a pretty ground-breaking new mode for Fortnite, potentially becoming nearly as popular as the base game modes. After all, this makes the game less combat-centric, giving more casual players a chance to really get their hands dirty just building. Just like 50 vs 50 gives less skilled players more of a chance to play and win (and practice) Playground will give those same players a chance to improve. It will likely give higher-skilled players a fun palette to make magnificent videos with, also.

That means more of a Minecraft-like experience, where building for the sake of it is prized as much as anything, but it also means that players intimidated by tough opponents in the base game modes will have a chance to brush up their skills and compete. New players, unaccustomed to shooters, will have a chance to familiarize themselves not just with Fortnite but with shooters in general. And those of us who still find aiming rather wonky and unwieldy in this game will be able to practice shooting a bit more.

I've become a much better builder than I was a few months ago, but Playground has me hyped to really hone those skills and practice making more complex buildings rather than just building faster.

This is a limited time mode, meaning it won't be around forever. But the reason for this is that Epic is using all of us as guinea pigs. This is a test run. Eventually I suspect that Playground will become a permanent fixture in this game, if not a third pillar. I'd also like to see a permanent 50 vs 50 mode.

In any case, expect big things tomorrow. We'll have all the coverage---including what happens with that mysterious rocket, and whether or not a brand new building pops up at Tilted Towers---here at Forbes Games.

Oh, and Fortnite earned over $300 million last month. You can read about that here. In fact, 69% of the free-to-play game's playerbase spends money on the game. Crazy.

This was much much needed.

I prefer PUBG over fortnite. I dislike the buidling mechanics in fortnite which for me are plain annoying. Also, im not much fan of cartoony styled graphics.

I didnt play the original as well as it was a Xbox exclusive. You found it similar to COD, because respawn was the former infinity ward. The movement system in TF2 is the best in FPS games. Way better than both COD and BF.

Yeah, im putting my money on respawn making a solid star wars game, they are a solid developer. Yeah, you are right. I read that about TF3 as well, good to know. Hopefully, EA doesnt meddles too much in the design process.

@AssasinatedDevil

When is the PS5 out ? I wouldn't mind if it's a few years from now because during that time maybe I'd have clocked some hours on my PS4, I always end up buying the latest console when am yet to get the most out of the previous one. This time will hold off even if PS5 comes out next year.

Also, am going to get Fifa 18; I read that there's an update which includes the current World Cup as a mode

I usually wait a year so they can work out potential bugs that pop up. Same with smartphones.
