In the comics, she's supposed to get shot while holding her baby and when she falls, she crushes the baby. Both die. Suprised the kid is alive but don't get attached. It's probably going to die soon as well :(

That scene was just about the worst in the book so far. Poor little Judy. No wonder Rick starts talking on a dead phone to a dead wife.

The absolute worst was the splash panel of the stray bullet blowing Carl's eye out. I actually let out a yell of shock when I turned to that page.

How is Rick not totally nuts by now? Hand severed, wife dead, baby dead, son maimed......
 
I have heard that the governor was a truly sickening human being in comics. A necrophiliac, paedophile among being a murderer and other things.

Yeah sorry buddy. I actually havent read the comics just from hearsay. Infact, I also heard tv series and comics are quite different in many ways.

The writing on this show does make me laugh sometimes.

Token black guy dies and is replaced instantly by new bigger token black guy.

On the other forum i frequent we are already calling the new guy 2-Dog.

I don't recall the necro- and paedo- elements but nontheless he's nastiest character I've ever read. Pretty much Evil Incarnate.

I just finished Second season...Brilliant....I have a lot of sympathy for Shane !! Will be interesting to see how things go from here on...
 
Complete four episodes of season 3 too...

RIP T-Dog. So a black man leaves the show..and one more enters :D ....and I would like the group to pay as much respect to T-Dog as they do to Lori...but I am sure it will be shown as Lori's death will have most effect on the group.

RIP Lori too...-- I love Sarah....ever since I saw her as Dr.Tancredi in Prison Break...Hopefully she gets anather awesome show...

Poor Carol...He is seeing and doing worse imaginable things in a very young age....I loved Lori's Speech....

And I havent read the comics..but that govt seems very very very shady....

What an amazing one we had today.
Governor having a zombie daughter
Wrestling fight surrounded by zombies
Daryl finally finding formula for the baby
Michone leaving
and the BIG ONE!!! WHO CALLS RICK IN THE BOILER ROOM!!!!

I can't wait for the next episode.

I am really interested to know, who the heck calls Rick. AND WHERE IS CAROL??????
 
An alright episode, just finding out how crazy this gov guy is. Rick has finally lost his marbles, was wondering when he would crack. Best part for me was Daryl feeding the feeding. What a scene!

Who is calling them in an abandoned prison? Cant wait to find out :junaid

On the episode, it was a good one..kinda slow paced but a good build up to the next weeks episode..that seems to be a cracker from the preview (hopefully).

Michone character is apparently badass in the comics but on the show she just annoys me. Scowling at everything.

Rick has lost his marbles.

Governors group lost their token Asian guy so they kidnapped Glenn.
 
yea I was confused about the phone conversation but looks like it was all a figment of Rick's imagination, he needed some closure on what took place regarding Lori's death. Also Hershel's reaction when Rick told him he got a phonecall , he knew Rick needed alone time to reconcile with what just happened, and that he was imagining things.
 
Another epic episode...its going to be ana mazing episode where Daryll finally meets his brother!!
 
I have to say this show is shattering Hollywood stereotypes. Asian guy Glenn dating the white girl as well as being defiant in his resolve, not afraid to take chances...quite a development in his character.

Lost did it first. Iraqi dude dates white girl. Dude's cursed though as all girls he loves die. Iraqi dude was shown as a brave, well intentioned person.
 
my only complain is that each 40min episode seems so short. Wish each episode were like 1.5 hrs!
 
Anyone noticed how when one black character dies, another one replaces it? last night's episode = wow!
 
So, if we combine Merle, the governor and Herchelle, we get a real pirate...lol

Anyways, brilliant mid season finale..LOVED IT!!!!

Governor is certainly getting more evil by the day.

The interesting part in the next episode would be, how will the rest of the group (specially Glen-Maggie) work along with Merle (if he escapes with them). What would be Daryl's role (if he escapes with Merle and rejoins the group). Don't forget, even Rick has a grudge against Merle. Would it divide the group?

My thoughts: Eventually they will work it out and unite against the governer. They have to, in order to live. Just like how Michonne had to depend on Rick n co, to get back the governor. Don't forget, at the end of the day, it is a surviving game. In order to survive, they have to take out the rival group.

Seems like a war is on the cards between the Group and Woodbury. Michone would certainly have an agenda to kil the governer.

Lastly, glad to see Tyrese finally in the show. He was one of the main characters in the comics. Plus, they had to bring a black guy, as they killed one. lol. RIP Oscar.

CAN'T WAIT FOR FEBRUARY 10TH.

Herchelle & Tyrese are suspected to be killed off the show this season, they will supposedly die in one of the attacks against the group in the prison...Judith may also die..poor baby :(

Started watching it just under a month ago and Im completely up to date :D

Well actually not completely up to date - I am yet to watch last nights episode which I have heard is meant to be really good :)

In-Shee-Allah try to fit it in at some stage over the next few days of exam revision.

I am actually anxious to know what happened to that guy and the kid...I guess we may know (or not).
 
Epic Mid season finale episode. Merle to pull a heel face turn? And the Governor is one manipulative son of a gun.

And that prisoner who called Carol a lesbian? Lol he is jokes :))
 
GUYS I HAVE NO WORDS EXCEPT WHATTA SHOW!!

Was late to jump on "The Walking Dead" bandwagon! I'm so glad that I did...watched 2.5 seasons in 3 days (yes I was enjoying time of after finals and just chillaxing haha)

Must say one of the best shows I have seen...the suspense, I hate this mid season thing ahhhh
 
I watched 2 seasons in two days :P although I skipped the boring pointless parts in the second season. I really wanna watch the third season. I hope they don't ever kill off Daryl. He is too awesome.

I can't stand Lori ugh. She is the stereotypical 'weak' lady, wife and mother. Always crying and taking drastic and stupid steps. I read that they killed her off. Good riddance.
Also, they shouldn't have killed off Shane.
 
i can't believe we have to wait till october next year for the remainder of the series :(
 
Wow you have some great days ahead of you, all 3 are phenomenal TV shows. PrisonBreak will keep you on the edge of your seat, Game of Thrones will have you begging for more

Season 1 of Prison Break is just brilliant, one of the best shows

Season 2 was not as good as 1 BUT was still class

Season 3 and 4 were average in comparison BUT still watchable


Both seasons of Game of Thrones were brilliant
