Yeah, I messed up. If you guys didn't realize, that was only 10 players.

I've acquired Sidney Sam, but he'll probably be warming the bench as a substitute poacher because I haven't been able to come up with a formation using inside forwards yet, so unless we change the deadline, I'm not sure what I'll be doing with him.

@Cani, are you saying I should bench Gervinho? My current custom formation is a 4-4-2 diamond so this is what I have:

For Sidney Sam to be a poacher you would have to create the custom formation and have the striker listed as a poacher

Ibad i don't think you should accept the late release. There is a reason for a time limit on the transfer window and you have to stick by it. You can't make some rules apply for some people and other rules apply elsewhere.

I sympathise with what you have said. I sympathise with the fact that some people might also be busy. If you're going to be busy, do things beforehand, and don't leave them until later, which is a risky tactic. This isn't just for PPFMC, but this is something that you should do with most things in life.

The transfer window closing time wasn't something that was hidden, it was and always has been in the opening post of this thread since the thread went up. Why people thought it was closing at a completely different time is beyond me.

I know this is for fun, but in order for something to remain fun, things have to be done properly. There is no point putting a rule down, which then you are not going to follow, which then allows other rules to be broken in the same manner, you can't do that, otherwise the entire competition collapses, slowly but surely.
