Ultimately it will be based on what the PP time clock says, if your post is at 59 it won't count, it has to be 5pm (GMT) or after

It's not the same time. We are using the time in the link, not any other time, like I've said a million times. Not the PP time, not the time on your computer, the the time on your watch, not the time on the clock in your room. WE ARE USING THE TIME WHICH IS IN THE LINK I HAVE PROVIDED.

i think the GMT watch is 1 minute ahead.
