Only have one move left Amoeba and I need to buy a player. :(

Speaking of which, still selling Barry?
 
Would a swap for Vertonghen work or is that 2 moves.

Again I am in buying mode......can't give the money away! I think possibly there is too much money in the league.......perhaps would be more interesting if budgets were tighter.

I'll make an offer, anyway.

I can't even buy Messi for 139m plus a kebab......even Barca would sell him for that - especially if there is extra chilli sauce..............

I have not played FM for a few years now (only handheld version) so a little out of touch with players. Well give him a try in one of the friendlies and see what happens

There certainly is a lot of cash following around, plus some of the daft prices paid have seriously inflated the market

Sorry everyone else is holding onto their guys, so Bale is not looking likely to go... Baines already gone. Money isn't an issue as I've got plenty too.

Plus I really was looking for a good CB for cover at the back.

I've had a think about this.

Thanks for the offer sheikh, but the big issue I have is that no one else seems to be looking at selling players, so while I will be bringing plenty of money into the board, I won't be able to do too much with it. I'll have 200+ MIL but no one wanting to make changes to their team.

Seems like your the only one who is interested in buying/trading as the rest have pretty much got their team sorted.

In which case, what chance is their for a trade of Vermaelen and Zabaletta + some cash for Bale?
 
Genghis, just yesterday someone transfer listed Leighton Baines. Check into that.

Sell Bale. Throw an unbeatable offer at Baines, who is a class left back on his own.

100M is too much money to leave on the table! This is my advice without the bias of a Barry deal. :))

Sorry can't sell Vermaelen and Zabaletta as trying to sort of finalise my defence. I don't have much quality in the team and that is probably it together with an ageing Pirlo. Hence the need for Bale.

As King Usama says take the cash - it may start another merry go round...................
 
Baines was sold to the Red Army yesterday so don't think he's transfer listed. Can only really take the cash offered from Sheikh Amoeba if I can get a good replacement for Bale and help fill the void for a CB.

When's the last day for transfers, I still want to find some good buys. I just get a feeling that most people have used up their 8 transfers.

I don't think we'll see any more merry go rounds this transfer window as I think most people have used up their 8 allowed. Maybe next window the sellers will come out to play again.

Sweeper defenders are rare, besides i am short of quality defenders. So in no hurry until the next free bid or a new signing.

Actually i am looking for 2 more defenders, so anyone looking to sell a quality defender please contact me. I may trade one of my good midfielders/strikers for them

I need to strengthen my squad so I'm not looking for an above average player. Plus you are getting a fair swap here in terms of skill and potential.
