[VIDEO] Amit Mishra vs Yasir Shah : Whose delivery wins?

Come on, I saw both of them

1) One was a loopy perfect delivery, enticing the batsman yet controlled. Dipping on the batsman. The best batsman in the world, the bowler killer on strike. He wields his weapon like a scythe, ready to destroy careers and ego. He licks his lips in anticipation, do I hit this 10 rows back or 20? Then the ball grips, he thinks, no worries, I still have it. Then the turn comes. This is the tricky part. Too much and it will miss the stumps. too little and it will hit AB's bat square on. The turn is just right. AB stumbles, losing his poise. He hears the death rattle and his heart sinks. With him is gone any hopes South Africa had of winning. The best batsman in the world has been defeated. AB shakes his head, admiring the delivery and the handsome genius who produced it. Some deliveries can only be admired, never faced. You might be the best in the world but if a spitting cobra strikes you, you will still die. Just replace spitting cobra with a chubby Mishra and spitting venom with a cricket ball and biting with bowling and you will understand what I mean

2) And the other one was by a Pakistani bowler

Enough said. Any neutral fan who is from Kolkata or Delhi can see that what I said is correct.

ANY neutral fan can see that AB shakes his head not because of how good the delivery was but because he got out to such a rubbish ball. Yasir wins by miles.

Don't worry, I am very neutral. Whenever I used to play cricket on the streets, no one would ever take me in their teams. As a result I was forced to be an umpire for those playing. Can't get more neutral than that.

Hahaha hilarious, i hope you took full advantage of being umpire

Yasir is the best spin bowler in the world. Mishra can't even tie his shoelaces :)))

Ashwin would be the best bowler in the history of Cricket if he bowled only in Asia. Sehwag would be Bradman's equal if he batted only in the subcontinent.

BUT.. there is something called "challenging conditions" and most players are judged this high only after they are exposed to them.

I think the claim has merit though. Ashwin hasn't performed well abroad and even I. Worst case scenario Yasir can only slightly be poorer than him. So it's not a ridiculous claim at all to say Yasir is the best spinner currently

A 2 page discussion and an another Indo pak fight over a delivery!!! Indians will say Amit's was best and Pakistanis will say Yasir's was epic. Just move on already...

That's an assumption. I have seen Yasir play one match in Australia, and he was no better than a part-timer.

You are underestimating the flat nature of Aussie tracks these days.

Easier should definitely knock stumps over abroad. Mishra won't be able to do that. Plus I don't know how to quote many people at the same time hence why I posted three times.

Why Amit Mishra was never as successful as Yasir Shah in England?

I feel so jealous seeing Yasir Shah winning test after test after test for Pakistan in England.

Proud as an #AsianBloc guy but as an Indian it pains me to know that our spinners and leg spinners were so toothless in England

Mishra always just seemed like a good variation type leggie to me for limited overs

Did he bowl too slow?

He could turn the ball as much as Yasir but he bowled bit too slow and one pace.

Yasir mixes it up a bit, confuses batsmen.

And just body language Yasir when things are going good has an aura of a dominating bowler.

Amit Mishra more a stereotypical timid and docile Indian.

Kuldeep will be interesting

This team management doesn't back him for tests but they should. Especially in SENA, Kuldeep should be India's first choice spinner.

We have tried everything. Off spinners, leg spinners and left arm off spinners, nothing has worked for us. Our spinners just don't win us tests in SENA.

Sadly, Chandrasekhar is our last great touring spinner :(

Specifically mentioning Amit Mishra because Kumble isn't comparable. Totally different style of bowling
