Such example is even rare among a theocratic or fascist nation let alone in any democratic nation.

I cant understand this Hindutva Hindi sounds terrible on the ears.

What is the criminal offence for praying in your own house/building in shining Hindutva India?

Police serves notice to people in disputed property case.

People were praying namaz in that property.

So, OP is claiming that no nation has served notices to people in disputed property case?

The answers to your question is in the video. In the initial notice that the police served, never were mentioned regarding disputed property. The notice was served under the pretense that they might cause disruption to the peace in the society. For that the police also video record their activities in the warehouse.

"Uttar Pradesh Police served notices under CrPC 107/116 (a preventive measure to preempt a breach of peace) and directed against the Muslim family to hold any group prayers in their private warehouse based on the Bajrang Dal protest. Police also asked the members of the Muslim community why should not they pay Rs 5 lakh each in penalty for “disturbing peace” in the area".

As pointed out in the video, only after online backlash that the police came forward and offered the disputed land theory, not before than that.

If i have a property dispute with you and that property is being used by you for religious function and i try to stop it, how long before that snowballs into a religious fight, considering you and I belong to different religions.

Secondly once namaz is offered at a place, it has been seen that Muslims suddenly make it a wakf property, making it near impossible to get back that property.

Muslims had taken over a place inside the Allahabad High Court and offered namaz their. They then tried to convert it into a mosque. Allahabad High Court on its administrative side stopped it. Muslims made it wakf property.

It took the Allahabad HC 2 decades to get the place back. If this can happen to a high court, imagine what will a ordinary person face.

No wonder he doesn't want any religious activities on the disputed property.

If it's their private warehouse, how is it a disputed property?

An Imam who led the prayer at a mosque in Maharashtra's Anwa village was attacked by unidentified individuals who entered the place of worship and beat him up for refusing to chant 'Jai Shri Ram'. Speaking to India Today, the Imam, Zakir Sayyed Khaja, said the incident took place on Sunday at around 7.30 pm when he was sitting inside the mosque reading the Quran.

Unidentified individuals entered the mosque with cloth over their faces and forced the Imam to chant 'Jai Shri Ram' while he was reading the Quran. When the Imam refused to do as he was told, three individuals took him outside the mosque and beat him up. The Imam said his attackers used a chemical-laced cloth to make him unconscious. When he regained consciousness, he realized that his beard had been cut off.

When people arrived at the mosque for the prayer at 8 pm, they found him lying outside in an unconscious state. They rushed him to a government hospital in Sillod. He was later shifted to the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) in Aurangabad where he is currently undergoing treatment.

After the incident came to light, police arrived at Anwar village where the mosque is located and started investigating the case. A case was registered at the Paradh police station in Bhokardan against the unidentified individuals under Sections 452 (trespassing after preparation for hurt, assault), 323 (punishment for voluntarily causing hurt) and 34 (criminal act by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

Shining India! Every day we see amazing examples of democracy, tolerance, respect for others and just an overall feeling of goodwill amongst the diversity that makes up this great nation.

See a lot of Indians downplay the governance of the Mughal Empire. But they were far more tolerable during a far less tolerable period of history compared to the hate mongers running the country in 2023.
