What's with people not willing to give players a proper run? T20s aren't even his preferred formats, he doesn't even have a great T20 record domestically. Give him a chance to show what he can do in tests, we already know he's good for ODIs as we saw him score 2 centuries against Asutralia earlier this year.

Laughable comparisons with Sarfraz. Even if they are the same with the bat (which they are not, Rizwan is better), Rizwan is a much better keeper than Sarfraz.

It seems like there is some sort of agenda by team management to end Rizwan's career.

He struggled at no.4 in the first 2 T20's and instead of pushing him down to 5/6, he was sent at no.3 in the final game. How bizarre!

I would be patient with Rizwan and play him for the next 6 months regardless of his scores. The same thing should have been done to Shehzad and Akmal when they were brought back.

No WK batsman in the history of Pak cricket has scored 2 centuries in single ODI series and that too against Australia. He has been exceptional in for Pak A and in domestic cricket as well so he deserves a long run in ODIs and Tests.

I'm sure Rizwan's record against the Aussies at their backyard will be far superior to the record held by your master.

Good stuff before being robbed by the umpire. Being a bit aggressive, counterattacking when team is a bit down is how ideally a no 7 should play and Rizwan did exactly that.

Another poor post.

He scored 2 x ODI tons against Australia earlier this year and is averaging 49 @ strike rate of 89 in ODIs this year after six innings.

So in all fairness it appears the short memories lie with you .

He's playing the ball much later in Tests, and as a consequence, actually looks like a proper batsman with good balance in complete contrast to the ridiculousness of the T20s... I'm not sure if he tries to hit the ball too hard or what, in T20s, but he's much better in the longer formats.

He could actually be a decent T20 player if he stops being so fidgety at the crease. Playing beautifully here, presenting the full face of the bat, standing tall, playing late, and negotiating the short stuff really well.

in T20s he has been trying different things to get his strike rate up. In tests and ODIs he doesn't need to.
