Mudassar Nazar stated he is fastest of the recent lot. I guess he is just slowly getting back to bowling his full pace which is also right thing to do as the videos show.

Bowlers with bowling actions which produce a lot of pressure on back like Cummins, Bond, Shinwari etc most of them become stronger when they are 23, 24. Bond was an exception as he kept on collapsing throughout. If we see Cummins and Shinwari now they are pretty fit and have recovered through multiple stress fractures.

I hope Naseem Shah remains fit as he is one of those talents fans of cricket around the world wont want to miss. In worst case scenario even if he struggles in next couple or so years, I hope his body becomes stronger like Cummins and Shinwari in 4-5 years so that he can have a decent career.

Beautiful action. Still reminds me a little bit of Bond. Bond probably stretched his arms more.

Seems to be bowling in the 130's-early 140's in the videos, but that's good as he has just come back from a severe injury.

Should take it easy now as 2020 could be his year after the PSL.

Yes he's easing himself back into cricket and doesn't want to overdo things.

He's played a few club cricket matches and might play a bit of Ramadan tournament cricket but he's mainly targeting the U19 tour of South Africa later this year.
