[VIDEO] Pakistan fans...get ready for....

We are used to it.

We are also used to Pakistan making their way right back in to play finals or win tournaments. So if you do it again, you’re not surprising anyone this time you hide and seek loving weirdos.

This we time we’re prepared for your sneak attack.

:yk

Pakistan lose first match of every tournament and then come back from nowhere to stun the best teams like they be serving RKOs outta nowhere.

Bro, quit playing, you ain’t fooling no one this time.

You’re absolutely not reducing us to 20/3 this time. It won’t happen. It won’t happen. It won’t happen. We smart.

This brings me memories from the World T20 2022. I will never forget what we did in that tournament. We could have a movie on that.

We years prior before the World T20 2022 event takes place, somewhere in Zimbabwe, someone hosts an event where they invited Mr. Bean. However, by mistake the wrong Mr. Bean is contacted, and some guy called Pak Bean from Pakistan boards the plane, goes to Zimbabwe, cons the people into making them believe he is Mr. Bean, has a good pay day and all is happily ever after.

Well not quite.

World T20 2022 comes up, while Pakistan gears up for the India match, the African nation of Zimbabwe is gearing up to take revenge from Pakistan. Some guy called Lublow (i think) makes a twitter post where he shares the whole ordeal of the Pak Bean and how his team will take revenge, and everyone laughs it off as some joke.

Meanwhile Pakistan losses to India, and thats when Saqlain Mushtaq comes up with the infamous Qudrat Nizam. Surely, Pakistan will beat Zimbabwe right?

Well not quite. Shadab does a big bottle job, and out of no where, the Zimbabweans steal a victory. Celebrations are all around, the revenge of Mr. Bean has been taken. Now Pakistan chances of getting into the semis just lingers on a false hope. A hope that that Netherlands will beat South Africa.

And than behold. Out of nowhere David beats Goliath, and South Africa are knocked out from nowhere creating a chance for Pakistan, who come down to the same ground, beat Bangladesh on the same day, reach the semi finals, win that semi finals and ends up playing the Finals of the World T20 2022.

What a memory that was.

This time I am not even following the tournament. We have been awful for last 2-3 years. Worse than 2008-10 levels.

2008-2010 Pakistan wasn't bad actually. They won a World T20 in that period.

You had --> Asif, Shoaib Akthar, Muhammad Yousuf, Younis Khan, Shahid Afridi, Kamran Akmal, Abdul Razzaq etc.

Yup t20 09 was the only bright spark during that period. Asif was banned for 2 years during that period. Akhtar was given a life ban which was later reverted and spent most of the time on the shelf. Yousaf was ICL bound for the most period, same with A Razzaq.
The thing is despite having a really really solid talent pool, we were losing for fun back then. There was infighting in the team right after the wt20 09 win. Every day there was some new controversy.

Despite all those controversies, Pakistan at that time played an exciting brand of cricket. Pakistan was exciting to watch.

Current Pakistani team is a bit on the timid side. It is unrecognizable. Not the old Pakistan we grew up watching.

Get ready to face the news of losing all 3 games of the group stage and being kicked out from the event held at home.

Disgrace.

We were hopeless in the 1990s and we were filling up the stadiums bro. Gotta stand with the country through thick and thin.

And then getting owned in the final .... you left off the most important bit :ROFLMAO:

There were more bad days than good.
Currently, pak cricket feels like a old homeless guy rotting away in the streets waiting for a miracle.

Reason I started the thread was that in my silliness I was thinking, challo usual Pakistan start - we'll make it up soon. Then the realization that there is literally no time to recover. One more loss and then it down to sit on jay-e-namaz :D

you dont get the point do you.

we were not suppose to reach the final and yet we did.

you don't get my point ... which is that... losing in a final for your team is a very good achievement whereas if the same thing happens to Indian team then its cake cutting time for many Pakistani fans lol

Choti choti khushiyan I suppose

Where did India come from. This is a thread about how we are wishing for a comeback out of no where like we have seen before. And i just shared a story just to rejoice the occasion.

Where did India come from here? Seems like taking arrows is a habit

My bad ... I thought you were a big fan of "if your team doesnt win the final then they are just no good ... " or words to that effect?

is that being discussed here? Im not even celebrating us reaching the final, just sharing a story of hwo the odds were against us.

Corner Pak at your own risk.

Just imagine the scenario- beat rival India, beat another cultural/historical rival Bangladesh, play another rival Afghanistan and then win the final against England another “historical rival” : I feel you will end up thanking Jay Shah in the end for this 😁👍

Bangladesh is not a rival..

They might be India's rival lol, but there is no rivalry bet Pak and them

Think the difference is that India should be winning tournaments more often than not. There’s a lot of factors for that i.e Money, youth development, population, IPL hype etc.

All the talk about being the greatest team etc, you don’t hear it from Pakistan fans. We’re rubbish, we accept it.

Indian fans however…

Naa, some indians live in a fools paradise where they try to equate there team to the Australia of 2000 that was actually winning tournaments left and right, while India losses semi finals and finals

The buildup to champions trophy with all the stadium construction was always going to be highlight of this tournament.

They can go out 0-3 tbh, & I won't feel a thing. In fact a 0-3 will make this more memorable than a 1-2 kind of eventual score line.

and I believe that time is near.

Moin Akhtar the legend sussed out Pakistan team all those years ago, lol. This time it would be such scenario as Pakistan will lose to India on Sunday and then they are almost certainly out, even if both India and Bangladesh beat New Zealand, as NZ likely to end with better run rate. And no way in world NZ will lose to Bangladesh.

All Pakistanees always have their calculators and spreadsheets handy when watching Pakistan in ICC tournaments.

The thing is, when you really think about it, you can figure out how pointless it is. Pak have only won 3 major trophies in their whole cricketing life. But fans act like pak somehow always win trophies by defeating the odds. A pathetic team which is getting worse and worse every year. Bunch of losers.

Typical stuff. Lose to India on Sunday. Then pray that Bangladesh and India beat New Zealand and Pakistan beats Bangladesh by a big margin.
Expecting Netherlands to bear SA is one thing a d expecting BD to beat Pakistan in a tournament in pakistan is another thing. BD will go back 0-3as is their sporting level.

India also may not beat pak on Sunday. Indian team looked old a d jaded
