[VIDEO] PSL 9 Preview: Are Islamabad United too strong for other teams?

Saj previews the 9th edition of the much-awaited Pakistan Super League (PSL) in which he speaks about:

1. A detailed look at the squad of each team.
2. What are the strengths & weaknesses of the teams involved and which players can play a major role for their respective franchises?
3. Which team has the best chance of coming out on top this season?

Islamabad's bowling is looking below par, they just strengthen their batting which is making their side unbalanced.

They were not so strong before but now as the other PSL teams have suffered greatly from player departures, so a good chance for them now.

Still Islamabad United has to cope up with the mighty Hassan Ali, he coule be a match winners for the opponents!

Islamabad and Peshawar have the best squads for me. Karachi Kings have been poor again by picking a mediocre squad and their kit is also outdated. I don't want the young talented players warming the bench. They should be playing even if the teams have to drop a senior guy if he is not performing.

3 Teams look to have good squads, Islamabad, Quetta and Lahore. From the 3 I will pick Lahore time and again because of their experience.

Shadab is out of form, and under a captain who is out of form, I doubt how the team will perform well.....

Islamabad look good on paper and would be my pick to win their third PSL title.

I think their bowling variety looks good, although Shadab needs to sort himself out.

Their batting has a lot of firepower and they will look to attack and put opposition under pressure.

It will be interesting to see if they are brave with their selection policy and will drop big names who are not performing.

Yes. agreed. Quetta has a mediocre squad but is still better than Karachi one.

Islamabad United looks good but Quetta Gladiators are in better shape to win this PSL. In fact I am expecting these two teams to meet in the final.

Islamabad has a great squad this year and they are right up there but Quetta Gladiators also have a good team, especially their bowling lineup.

Best bowling Quetta and I think best overall is MS, batting wise IU and KK are decent.
