LAHORE – Former Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Akhtar, recognised as one of the fastest bowlers in the history of cricket, has announced to commence ‘League Cricket’ and challenges youngsters on ‘speed’ in a mysterious video message posted on his Facebook page.

In a video message on Twitter, Shoaib announced that he will make a comeback and teach ‘kids of today’ what real speed is” on February 14.

Hello 14th February is the date, mark your calendars guys. Main bhi araha hun iss baar league khelnay.. Aakhir inn bachon ko bhi pata chalay kay tezi hoti kia hai!

The former cricketer said that “Kids today think they know a lot and can challenge my speed. I want them to know that I am coming back and I will show them what speed really is.”

Saw a glimpse of that in Amir when he blew the top order out in CT final and the Asia cup T20 game. Every ball was an event with Shaoib. The anticipation, the drama it's just exhilarating stuff. I thought Starc can be the successor but alas, there's no one in WC right now who brings so much excitement on every delivery.

No. its monetized by the advertising. Depending on how many views he gets, he will be paid by youtube for the folks that might advertise before or after or during his video blog.
