Modric and Nacho so far also loved Ahmed Musa first goal vs Iceland was a thing of beauty too. Denmarks erikson gosl was not s goal of the tournament but the set up and finish was really nice

Skill wise, that Messi goal has to be among top 2/3 goals of this WC. Not many in history can execute that sort of chance with 3 sumlime touches.

3 were scored today in one game (Mbappe's 2nd one was a fantastic team goal), and 2 in another game!! That 1st Uruguayan goal is probably the best 1-2-1 I can recall and the finishing was unstoppable.

So far best 3 goals for me are

1. Messi
2. Pavard
3. Martens

Best 3 team goals are
1. Uruguay (Portugal - 1st)
2. Belgium (Japan - 3rd)
3. France (Argentina - 4th)

There might be few other goals in insignificant games, which I can’t recall now.

Really did enjoy this edition of the tournament.
