No he needs to stay. He at least looks like he may have a higher ceiling.

Look elsewhere if you want to sack players. There’s one or two on the PCT that could be dropped right now/

You’re correct technically.
But they’re emotional right now and having a meltdown. Allow them space to vent it all out.

I for one remain here only to provide a shoulder to cry on. A Sanatani brother who wouldn’t boast or mock, but one who would listen, understand and provide comfort.

Must have missed it. I do remember Bumrah's reaction when he got Agha out.

It was the last ball of his over and he just got his cap from the umpire and walked off. Didn't even celebrate 😆

Inshahallah brother

We are a good team and we have had great success against everyone, not just Pakistan.

That being said, we recognize that you are in the middle of a resurgence phase and this team is very talented and proved its ability by beating Australia 3-0 recently.

We were just better on the given day as we executed much better under pressure and our core has had successful memories against Pakistan in the past, they know just how to catch them.

That’s it . Nothing more or less.
I still reckon Pakistan’s chances of making it to the semis remain very high and you might get to play West Indies or Australia in the semi final who cannot beat you in Sri Lanka.

So in fact Pakistan can make it to final also.

You guys are without doubt a fantastic team , on another level.

What India has done with thier team , is no less then phenomenal . Winning 25/26 games is probably the best record in all of world sport ,

Hats of to you guys ! , we need to learn how to improve our cricket like India has done, which would be wise.

hopefully we can reach the Semis or possibly the Final, where we may face you guys again

Man 2 Man the quality India possesses is mind blowing,

We will never in the current structure produce a Abhishek Sharma, Tilak, Bumrah, Kuldeep, Ishan Kishan.

Absolute top quality players with water tight techniques.

I am seriously impressed with the Indian team, and a small part of me is proud, as atleast we can show the SENA countries that Brown people can be Uber Dominant in a highly demanding sport (T20's)

India is definitely my second team and it should be every Pakistanis also...

My honest assessment of him is that I would love this tulleybaaz to play against us all the time. A walking wicket against decent bowling.

Dishonesty again after your tullas Farhan and Agha were exposed to no one's surprise. I said there were 2 great players in different fields making a statement after being written off, I did not compare Novak to Babar directly.
 
Farhan has never produced a good innings against a top team in his career so far. @RedwoodOriginal was doing bhangra claiming that beast Farhan's stats against good teams are because he only played against them before 2025 but nothing has changed. He smashed minnows and bricked it vs India.

So what are we truly supposed to advise the batsmen? Don’t bat with intent in T20??
 
For the record, I think Farhan is a pretty flawed player and probably just as mentally weak as the rest of this lot. But atleast he tries to bat with intent. Atleast he tries to take risks. Unlike a certain overhyped, gutless, mentally weak coward who somehow continues to occupy a spot in Pakistan's T20 middle-order in 2026.
 
I listened to a podcast where they mentioend about Indian instagram post where they gave pitch maps where Farhan gets out. All short balls. Pandya bowled 3 short balls in a row. He doesn't like when the ball is at his chest level. Exactly he got out like that. I think they have figured out what his weakness is. He is goign to be peppered with short stuffs on slightly bouncier wickets.
 
If he can work on short ball weakness and add strike rotation. He can continue. Else he may find his way into oblivion in not to distant future once likes of Sameer Minhas or Maaz Sadaqat come of age.

In this day and age of analytics, literally every batsman can be scouted to know their weakness and limitations. The problem is farhan and most of pak batsman only have few limited shots, everything else is a struggle.

If you look at him from side angle you can kinda figure out how low percentage his front foot plonking shots can be moment the ball gets an extra lift. It works for tall guys like those west indian beasts. Also i have noticed him having issues against ball that decks back.

The delivery dismissed saim will make fool Farhan's non existent footwork.He got out in much more embarrassing scenarios in aus t20 series in 24.
 
Dont like him much but he is the one keeping Pakistan in the tournament.

For all the hype Saim gets, its Farhan whose runs at the top actually win matches.


As for comparison with Babar, Farhans technique is weak but his hitting ability is on a different level and that’s what matters in t20s.
 
Farhan sadly does not have the quality to succeed against top teams. He can't rotate strike and his Achilles heel is the short ball and it took Pandya a couple of deliveries to figure it out.

That innings he played against USA is a lot better than the ones produced by the openers in the 2024 loss to the same team. :kp

And it’s a good one because it really is a shame that no one from Pakistan ever hit a six against Bumrah. It was that bad. Bumrah has been owning Pak batters for years. There is a clear fear of Bumrah over Pak batters. So what if the guy brags about taking him down Why are Indian sentiments so badly hurt? It’s just friendly banter. Have we not seen the amount of Indian players film against Pakistan players????

Why are you Indians entitled to believe only you can mock Pak cricketers but they can’t do the same back to Indians? It’s not even mocking, it’s pure reality and a shame/wake up call to Pakistani batters! How have we allowed a bowler to not be taken down for over a decade against us??

Just get over it!

Godi Media tries to make it sound as if Farhan featured in a one hour documentary on National Geographic of hitting 3 sixes against Bumrah.

The theme isn’t “hunting a wild Baandar”. Bruv it’s cricket, it’s a 7 minute promo to some sports wear for crying out loud.

The only documentary we have seen is the one BCCI (paise de pukhey) make on the India/Pakistan rivalry on Netflix
