Decent people all over the world who wouldn’t easily be convinced that rising Muslim populations in predominantly non Muslim nations is a matter of concern, have now finally seen what the right wingers warned them about all these years.

Bharatiyas are considered among the best immigrant communities everywhere in the world mainly because they mind their business and toil hard at work resulting in boost to economy.

Recently some Khalistanis have been acting pathetic but thankfully they’re being rightly seen as a separate group rather than being as Bharatiyas which would have been a blot on our excellent image and brand.

The UK PPers have covered this well so won't repeat what's been said.

Leeds is a very diverse patchwork of communities with stark socio-economic differences. On the one hand there's the leafy suburbs of Headingley, Horsforth, Alwoodley and Moortown (home to one of the oldest Jewish communities in the UK).

Inner city areas like Harehills, Chapeltown and Beeston are more ethnically diverse with sizeable Asian and Black populations. They are admittedly rough with Harehills having a reputation as being a tinderbox.

However Holbeck, Armley (home to the jail) and Seacroft are predominantly white areas with some of the highest crime rates in the city but obviously that doesn't suit the narrative.

What these areas have in common are poor quality housing, insecure low paid retail work, easy access to drugs/alcohol and too many broken homes where children lack role models. That said most people get on perfectly fine and those baying for a race war from their keyboards will find themselves disappointed.

But they are Islamist countries. According to your narrative, Islamists are the global issue. Therefore then why are indians running to the so called Gulf Islamists countries?

Islamic nations are fine. They respect us and we respect them.

Same goes with Muslims in general.

The issue is with Islamists who go to non Muslim nations and try to enforce their beliefs and politics there the moment their population crosses a certain threshold.

Not every Muslim is an Islami. There are plenty of Muslims who are law abiding and contribute peacefully to foreign countries while living there for example Markhor bhai. He’s a proud and model Muslim and yet he’s not an Islamist.

Really for everyone? We have just elected a Labour Govt and Little Rishi got smashed. And the move to the right on the continent is more of an economic reaction to the cost of living crisis. It could be Rastafarians or Bhuddist Monks or even Hells Angels bikers causing the riots or mayhem but you would still have some jumping the gun and accusing 'Islamists' or Muslims.

First of all, Dubai, Saudi Qatar are amazing and open countries where even Islamists actually are not allowed to do the kind of stuff they are doing in Europe. So I don’t know why would you call these countries Islamists. In fact the majority of the immigrants in Europe aren’t even at all from these nations and the small number of people that must be are affluent and wouldn’t be crowding the streets like that.

They are Islamic countries.

And there is nothing wrong with these Islamic countries. They’re full of great people, people who behave. People of minority faith who come there for work do not create ruckus.

These countries do not even export Islamists. Muslims of UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain are well off.
 
Going by the posts, it looks like some Indians were hoping it was Muslims that were involved in the riots. The kind of stuff you expect from the white far right extremists, the same group that would have a problem with Diwali or any other Hindu celebration.

Indians need to realise that UK’s right wing nationalists aren’t their friends.
 

Full statement issued by Leeds City Council over riot​


After meeting with representatives of the Roma community on Friday, Leeds City Council agreed to undertake an “urgent review” of a “family matter” case.

A riot broke out in the Harehills area of Leeds on Thursday evening after social workers reported hostility when dealing with a child protection issue.

The children were taken to a safe place while police officers attended for support. But when authorities were met with further hostilities, they were forced to withdraw.

A statement from Leeds City Council released on Friday said: “Today, representatives of the Roma community met with Leeds City Council to express their concerns about a family matter yesterday (18 July 2024).

“The council has agreed to undertake an urgent review of the case and work with Romanian and Roma led organisations, the churches, and the Honorary Consulate of Romania and other family representatives for the best interests of the family and wider Roma community.

“We are asking all communities to remain calm and to ensure that we do not see further disturbances such as those witnessed last night, which brought fear and upset to communities in Harehills. Local people are devastated by what happened, and we want to ensure there is no repeat of the distressing scenes we saw. Such actions will have a long lasting and harmful impact on our community.”

All hell broke loose romani community from all over yorkshire landed in harehills.

Muslim councillors and residents were supporting the police to clean up
the mess.

These were Christian Romani community god forbid if they were muslims as the Daily Mail would have had a field day instead headlines read Leeds on Fire!!!

No indication of which community or sect/religion as it wasn’t any muslims

On the other hand muslims we’re cleaning the streets until early hours of the morning with no media outlet willing to post this kindness.

I see they have not blamed Muslim's or "Asians" by that they means Pakistanis for this yet! A man has been charged in connection with disorder in a Leeds suburb earlier this week.

A police car was flipped over and a bus was set alight in Harehills during the disturbance, which broke out at about 17:00 BST on Thursday and continued into the early hours.

Iustin Dobre, 37, of Clifton Mount, Harehills, has been charged with violent disorder and arson reckless as to endanger life, relating to the torching of the bus, police said.

He has been remanded into custody and will appear at Leeds Magistrates' Court on Monday.

Meanwhile, officers have arrested a further five people on suspicion of violent disorder. They remain in police custody.

Four people who were initially arrested in connection with Thursday's disturbance have been bailed pending further investigation, the force said.

West Yorkshire Police said the disorder broke out in Harehills, in the east of the city, as officers responded to reports of social workers experiencing hostility while dealing with a child protection issue.

Officers were attacked and helped social care staff to safety before people began damaging vehicles and setting fires, according to Assistant Chief Constable Pat Twiggs.

On Friday evening, a vigil was held in Harehills which "passed off peacefully", police said.

A woman was arrested on suspicion of a public order offence during the event but was later released after being given a conditional caution.

Officers said there would be an "increased police presence" in the area over the coming days.

Anyone with information about the disorder, including CCTV footage, is asked to contact West Yorkshire Police, external.

UK or any other Western country is in no position to ban immigration. You need a constant increase in your population for the labour market and the domestic consumer market. Native birth rates are not going to sustain that.

The rulers of Middle East are well aware of the dangers of the Islamists in their countries. They do not tolerate them. But those Islamists have found safe haven in West under the garb of refugees and equal rights.

Far right wants every citizen of Britain to put the Britain first before anything. There are enough people who consider their faith first before anything. A lot of mistrust is there.

It doesn't really matter what far-right wants. They don't control the country. As a matter of fact, Labour Party is now in charge of UK.

I never even heard of these guys like Hijab and Ali Dawah 6 months previously, yet seems you know them better than vast majority of Muslims on here. But I have seen their material and I don't think they preach dreams of Islam ruling over the west, neither they have broken any laws, that is why they don't get charged. From what I have seen of their stuff they seem to debate mostly with atheists about whether God exists, but I am not that familiar with their stuff, so maybe I have missed their more threatening stuff. Feel free to link if they have done so though.

Mohammad ijab and Ali Dawah are debators with people of other religions and that is a entirely different point. How are they breaking the law?
