[VIDEOS/PICTURES] Zafar Gohar joins Middlesex Cricket until the end of 2026 County season [Update at post#303]

Zafar Gohar turned the tide at Lord’s with a brilliant spell, claiming 3 including the key scalps of Ian Holland, Ben Cox, and Logan van Beek to keep Middlesex in the hunt.

 
Yesterday, Zafar played his first game of T20 blast for Middlesex against Sussex, and he scored 1 run off 3 balls with the bat, bowled 3 overs for 25 runs, and took 1 wicket.

Not a batter for t20s I guess.
 
In vitality blast match Zafar Gohar couldnt shine with the bat but with the ball he went economical where took 1 wicket after giving just 23 runs in 4 overs
 
In a Vitality Blast 2025 match Zafar Gohar finished with match figures of 1/25 in 4 overs against Kent but the match was called off due to persistent rain.
 
Zafar Gohar delivered a tidy spell in the Vitality Blast match against Essex, bowling 4 overs and finishing with figures of 1 for 31.
 
Zafar Gohar was smacked for 64 runs in 4 overs without taking a wicket against Somerset in a Vitality Blast match.
 
Zafar Gohar's handy spell of 2/20 against Essex helped his team win the match by just 1 run.
 
Zafar Gohar delivered a decent spell against Surrey, remaining wicketless but keeping things tight with an economical 0/31.
 
Leicestershire vs Middlesex:

Zafar Gohar is playing this game and his team, Middlesex, is batting first atm. He will be in action soon.
 
After going wicketless in the first innings against Leicestershire, Zafar Gohar provided an early breakthrough for Middlesex.
 
Zafar Gohar was a bit expensive in tonight’s Vitality Blast game, conceding 54 runs against Gloucestershire, but he managed to take 3 important wickets.

He should. There aren't many better English spinners out there than him. They wasted Dawson's career too - he's old now.

Zafar is 30 right now. if he doesn't get a place in ahead of the likes of Bashir. I don't know when he will.
 
A bad day in office for Zafar Gohar as he went for plenty with the ball and failed to claim any wicket. He ended up with figures of 0/47 in 4 overs against Hampshire Hawks
 
Zafar Gohar bowled a tidy spell against Surrey in the Vitality Blast match, finishing with figures of 1 for 27 in his 4 overs.
 
Zafar Gohar claimed 2 wickets after conceding 43 runs with the ball in the Vitality Blast 2025 while playing against Glamorgan
 
Zafar gohar will be in action in a couple of minutes from now. In a county game against Northamptonshire, playing for Middlesex.

His performance has been good. Let's see if he can continue.
