Tim Seifert so far this series:

57 (43)
84*(63)

Guy looks a serious talent, so explosive in the powerplay. Where has he been?

England
New Zealand
Australia
India

That’s probably the real ratings

New Zealand is below the big 3. They are probably as good as them at home but they are weaker away from home.

The likes of England, Australia and India are more likely to win an ODI series in New Zealand than the other way around.

He’s only played 9 balls but already you can feel a big score coming.

Such a commanding batsman

Pakistani bowlers just don't know where to bowl to him. So much for the overpaid coaching staff

He looks a very good player. Can play 360 degrees versus pace and spin. Impressive find. Would start him ahead of Munroe.

Player of the Match and Series for NZ v SL T20Is

Lucky for us he isn't part of the squad to visit Pakistan! (due to birth of his child)

Where is Tim Seifert? I don't think he's playing IPL. NZ missed him badly in the first T20I

He is the only batsmen in top order for KK who can get u runs quickly so as a kk suporter i hope he will carry this form now.

Tim Seifert gone after scoring 41 runs of 30 deliveries and with that Karachi Kings is in trouble now.

This guy opening with Warner for KK

They will win games on their own for them.

Boy smashed another 50 off just 23 balls against Pakistan in the 5th t20... He likes this Pakistani bowling I think

Tim Seifert joins Finn Allen at San Francisco Unicorns

New Zealand wicketkeeper-batter Tim Seifert is set to debut in Major League Cricket (MLC) 2025 with the San Francisco Unicorns, joining forces with fellow Kiwi Finn Allen and former teammate Corey Anderson.

Despite lacking central contracts with New Zealand Cricket, both Seifert and Allen remain committed to national T20I duties ahead of the 2026 T20 World Cup. Unicorns coach Shane Watson praised Seifert’s dual value as a dynamic batter and skilled wicketkeeper.

Meanwhile, several other Kiwi players have been snapped up by MLC teams, including Michael Bracewell and Trent Boult (MI New York), Daryl Mitchell, Adam Milne, and Devon Conway (Texas Super Kings). South African players Nandre Burger and Donovan Ferreira also bolster TSK’s lineup.

In a key off-field move, Ross Taylor becomes Seattle Orcas' ambassador, while Ian Bell replaces him as batting coach. Notably, New Zealand Cricket has invested in MLC ahead of its 2027 expansion, as the 2025 season is set to run from June 13 to July 14 with Oakland Coliseum hosting for the first time.

Seifert and Allen. Can be a very destructive opening pair.

Kiwis have some exciting young players.
