Why are they not grooming left chinaman spinners like how India has in the form of Kuldeep Yadav?

We have a guy named Faisal Akram. Good left arm chinamen. Can be the one for the future. Has been bowling well.

Mushtaq Ahmed, the spin coach of Bangladesh, spoke during a press conference ahead of 1st Test against Pakistan:

"Thankfully, Pakistan has good spinners. As a spin bowling coach or consultant, I think the PCB will definitely consider hiring someone like Saqlain Mushtaq or Abdur Rehman to work at the grassroots level. I also work at the grassroots and first-class levels, and Pakistan needs coaches and consultants like Saqlain Mushtaq, Abdur Rehman, and Saeed Ajmal to benefit from their experience."
