Small heart? - Hardly the most offensive insult you've heard in your life. Cant remember it, but maybe he got provoked, somebody like Gautam Gambhir.

On the whole, he isn't wrong, Pakistan has no problem with India cricket team visiting and would be warmly welcomed.

It's not about individual cricketers but the whole establishment in India. That said, Afridi and others should give it a rest.
