Pakistan has entrhalled and entertained all of us, this world cup.

Knocking out india, playing consistent cricket and the way shaheehn shah afridi turned the clock back and reminded all of us, of wasim is a treat in this world cup.

I guess, pakistan lost when they scored 10-15 runs short. Both babaar/rizwan playing the anchor role.
Australia pulled it back with great bowling from adam zampa,mitchel starc and the glenn maxwell.

Playing the same x11 is a bane at times. Hasan ali looked off colour all through the world cup season. Well, even if he held on to the catch, stoinis and pattu cummins had better odds with the equation reduced to 21 off 12 with 4 wickets in hand.

Australia is always a dangerous team in knock outs. well played pakistan, you defintely lost to a better team. Bit of streak from australia

Last but not the least, a strong pakistan is exicting for world cricket. I am sure, cricket in pakistan had revived with so many teams set to visit.

congratulations pakistan on reaching KO stage of this WC....honestly didn't expect them to go that far even though they are playing at home.....they have also achieved a victory over India for the first time in 30 years...IMO, that was more important than the WC win.

Well played Pakistan. You played your best throughout the tournament. Catches can win or lose games but go easy on Hasan Ali. Smith dropped one too and it's the lights in Dubai that can cause issues. Batting second seems to be the way dew or not as we saw yesterday and today. Time to rebuild for next year as I reckon there are atleast 3 to 4 spots to fill

Exactly, congratulations to PCT supporters, tough luck today but it was a good tournament overall with good body language and some consistent sparks of old PcT whom I grew up watching.

Pakistan played good cricket throughout the tournament.I was not expecting Pakistan to qualify for semis.A few mistakes were made in the match with Australia but winning and losing is part of the game.Pakistan has not been playing cricket at home for a decade yet Pakistan can still play competitive cricket.
