Revive of WI cricket - I am sure they are going for a turn around. Must have fixed few things at the back-end, otherwise one board can't win 3 world titles in 2 months.

This is the happiest day of my life. All my family were supporting England and I was getting criticised and called a traitor for not supporting WI. Like you have to support the country that you live in. What an ending. Take a bow WI. My second favourite team and my favourite team growing up wins a world cup in the most dramatic fashion. England were vastly overrated and they got exposed by the better team not once but twice. [MENTION=131701]Mamoon[/MENTION] lol tough luck.

The greatest World T20 final ever. 19 needed off the last over and big man Carlos Brathwaite pulls it off.

Really nice guy too, down to earth lad, delighted for him.

West Indies cricket is alive and well. Through the dark times there's light at the end of the tunnel. West Indies - champions once again like the good old days.
 
This is an utterly epic end to one of the best tournaments I've seen.

Unreal final match, totally fitting end to a World Cup.
 
To those criticizing our crowds, please note, they went utterly crazy although India wasn't playing and were eliminated already.
 
WI isn't impressive , they rely on one game wonders each game - never seen them play as a unit.
this world cup win wouldn't help windies cricket in my opinion.
they are declining in ODI and test and this win would put youngesters in T20 even more

I feel more happy now that I did when Pakistan won the WC back in 2009. Maybe it's because WI was my favourite team growing up.

They are 'mercurial' and 'unpredictable'.

Not Pakistan. If Pakistan did the same we would have 1000+ threads about how Afridi fixed our cricket.
 
Ok now safe to say even if we bowled those 2 no balls...we would have lost. This Braithwaite guy too good. We lost to a better team.

To be fair he bowled well at the death in the previous games.

But yeah he missed his Yorker, not badly but enough to a clean hitter like Carlos to get it.
